Sian helped me rent my parents property in Wallington and did a great job of quickly finding tenants and getting it occupied. Would highly recommend!

Quite a nice viewing experience. Well organised, and everything was clearly explained. Thanks, Sian! You did a wonderful job!

Victoria is so helpful, would definitely recommend to friends and family

Sian was a delight to work with.
Polite,on time and full of energy to get things done.
Worked hard for me ,I was delighted by her energy.

great experience in terms of viewing and communication with Methembe Ncube

We wanted to help our lovely tenants with the cost of living by reducing the rent during a period of mat leave. After a rather shaky start re organising this (apparently unusual request) Nick Hawkins arrived - took this on and arranged a process with the accounts dept whilst keeping us and our tenants in the loop - thanks Nick!

My recent rental property experience with one of LEADERS Consultant Ms. Victoria Grandison, she was highly knowledgeable about the property. She addressed all queries proactively, offering additional support. Her calm and supportive follow ups made the entire process smooth and stress free. She remained available throughout and coordinated everything clearly, informatively and courteously. Fully satisfied with the process.

During my time dealing with leaders I found my experience very good, especially Victoria. As she went above and beyond to insure things went smoothly. I thought she was and is a great person for this job. I can see her going up the ladder in her courier with her attention to detail and her enthusiasm for her role . Well done Victoria and Leaders as a whole experience.

After all the recent legal changes, I decided to use Leaders to find and carry out the checks on my new tenants, and I’m so pleased that I did.

Both Sian and Metz were extremely professional, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. They answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, which gave me a lot of reassurance as a landlord.

They were also very efficient and managed to find a suitable new tenant within just two weeks, which was fantastic.

I would definitely recommend Leaders, and particularly Sian and Metz, to other landlords. Their professionalism, communication and support made the whole process much easier and less stressful.

Sian and the Lettings Team at Leaders was stellar! There were a number of challenges in getting the property ready for the new tenants and Sian went above and beyond in ensuring that everything was ready and good to go as close to handover as possible. Leaders has handled our property for over 15 years and we have always found the team to be efficient, responsive and on top of things. Thank you once again!

Methembe Ncube was very nice and explained everything to me so well

Very good and quick service provided by this agency.
Staff are very kind and professional.

Excellent service by Sian in Sutton Branch. She was efficient in responding my renting enquiry from the beginning, all the way to the viewing and the offer process. She is patient and efficient in mediating communications between the landlord, the tenant and her colleagues. We very much appreciate her support in finding us a new home.

Sian was really helpful & kept me informed

Sian was super helpful and knowledgeable throughout the property search process. She was friendly, professional, and made everything straightforward and easy. Would definitely recommend!

The team at Leaders make my experience as a landlord very easy. They respond quickly to my requests, keep me informed and up to date with developments and are on point with my obligations following recent legislative changes.
I've found Michael, Caitlin and Victoria to be professional, responsive, knowledgeable and polite and concise in their communications.
It's always a pleasure to deal with the team at Leaders whose customer service is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leaders to my friends and acquaintances.

Michael and his team are well organised and truly offer a first class service
Would highly recommend

Have been a landlady with Leaders for many years now, and am very happy with the way they manage the letting of my flat. The staff are always professional and friendly and sort out issues quickly. In particular Jackie, Ruth and lettings manager Michael have been super helpful over the years, with Michael going above and beyond to make sure Leaders assists with any problems, ensures that any change in tenants is seamless and has been able to find good tenants every time..! ..and I would recommend Michael and his team to my friends.

Leaders has been managing our flat for many years now, and we have never had much need to follow up on anything as it has all run seamlessly. Once our tenants moved out after many years, and we asked for help from Leaders (Michael and team) to organize companies to renovate, it was all done so quickly and looks amazing now! Updates were regular and communication was spot on. Thanks team!
