Great customer service from Shaun who walked me through the letting of our property to Sue and Cara who dealt with everything up to move in, thank you very much

Shocking letting service provided for the 12 months that I have been with them. I pay £42 a month for a Lettings fee and get zero return for that. All my dealings have been direct with the landlord who refuses point blank to put a penny into any repairs from dodgy electrics ( I haven’t had a working oven in the whole 12 months) to a leaking roof which the landlord drilled a hole in the ceiling to stop it collapsing but the left the hole, the damp stains and the wet stairs for me!
Overall a terrible experience from the agent and the landlord. Would never use this service again

Having listed our property with Sapphire Homes and having horrendous service, Shaun had sent us a letter asking if we needed help letting out our property. We got in touch and.. let’s just say… Leaders is an excellent company to work with. We are first time landlords and Shaun was patient, knowledgeable and explained all our options fully. We moved over to Leaders (and sacked off Sapphire homes) and been extremely happy with the service from everyone we have spoken to there. They are helpful, prompt at responding to questions and happy to help. Our property has finally been rented out in a very short space of time. We would highly recommend. Thank you Leaders!!

I cannot thank Leaders - St Helens enough, for all of the help they have once again provided us in moving into a new rental property! Shaun, Cara and Sue have been a huge support from start to finish (from presenting us a lovely house, through the application stage, paperwork, moving in and aftercare). They have found us an amazing new home that we love! This is a winning team that care about their customers!

Cara was really impressive, she cleared my doubts and readily made help available where l had a challenge reaching the property management team to see to getting my radiator working. Leaders blew my mind when I was given a welcome pack on move-in day. thumps up.
