Zara & Leah has been great help and support in renting out the property, without their support it would have been hard to arrange everything.

Your St Helen/ Liverpool branch have been a terrible and disappointing management. Since inception I have never experienced any good out of the business relationship rather it's been all nightmares. I'd soon take this up and make an official report to the necessary management bodies.
The property is trashed, 3 out of 4 tenants not paying rent after the first month rent, they are asking me to go and chase the insurance when they have all the details needed for the insurance, they only want to make money and don't want to put in the work or care if the landlord is loosing money.
This is the worst experience ever I'd send mails and will be totally ignored no response. My next review will call out names and will make sure to publish and chase this with all I've got.
You can't treat people like trash and ruin their business, and don't even put in effort to show you want to help or remedy it.
WORST MANAGEMENT EVER EXPERIENCED!

Zara and the team at the St Helens branch have been super helpful and supportive throughout the application and leasing process for our new home. Regular updates were provided by email and by telephone. We knew exactly the current position and the next steps at all times. Zara would always respond to any questions we had regarding the process very swiftly. An exceptional service and customer care of the highest level.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We rented with leaders for 2/3 years.. at the beginning of the tenancy we where offered a no deposit option which was explained both on the phone and in person as a way to pay off the deposit in parts… THIS IS NOT THE CASE.
We paid £42 a month on top of the rent for the full term of the tenancy for nothing. It isn’t an insurance policy to cover the landlord and it doesn’t form a deposit. Both me and my partner asked leaders on a number of occasions what this money was for. The answer we received was ‘it’s a fee we charge’ FOR WHAT? If it doesn’t make up a deposit and it doesn’t cover a no deposit insurance fee what on gods green earth am I paying for?
The truth… IT JUST GOES INTO LEADERS POCKET! the landlord has no cover and neither do we as the tenants. They took over a thousand pounds from us just in fees alone.
Just so you all are aware THIS ISNT LEGAL and we are in conversations with a solicitor over miss-selling and illegal insurance fraud.
I wish I could put 0 stars because they are vile. I requested a phone call from Sarah jones on 3 occasions and never received one.
I have now had to contact the landlord directly and he is also understandably fuming with the situation and is supportive of us. We got broken into and were left for 48 hours with a door that wouldn’t lock, with a small child in the house. When we moved in the oven was quite frankly disgusting. It would have been easier to blow it up than clean it. However leaders promised they would have a company come in and do it. A week on and numerous calls later still nobody came. I hadn’t cooked in it I was scared of killing someone with the bacteria in there. In the end I had to get my friend who is a PROFESSIONAL cleaner to come and gut the oven, and even she said it was truly sickening.
Whatever you do just go with someone else. I don’t care how nice the house is that they are advertising just go with someone else!!! It is NOT WORTH hassle and amount of money you will fork out to these absolute fraudsters.

Really it was a good cooperation given for my family to be moved to a new house with the help of Leaders- St.Helens branch. Everyday they kept me updated and clearly guided to have this place. Glad to be a member of Leaders family. Great customer satisfaction.

When we moved in, the fridge was full of ice, at the stage that you can’t even close the door. Most importantly we were left with no washing machine for almost 3 months and are still waiting for the issue to be fixed. We have received 3 quotes to repair/replace it. However we were ignored. This is the first time I am having such a bad experience with the agency. I wish I have read some reviews here. Don’t rent from them!!! Liverpool
