I recently rented a room through Leader Agency Luton, I couldn't stop talking about their services and how professional they were throughout the process. It such a good experience, from start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the fantastic team at the agency.

The staff were incredibly professional, responsive, and friendly. They took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect room for me. The whole process, from viewing the property ( I did a virtual viewing and it was effective), to signing the lease, was handled efficiently and with great care.

I want to especially thank Bilal Raqeeb, for his exceptional service. He is always available to answer my questions, provided clear communication, and made sure everything was in place for a seamless move-in.

If you’re looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency, I highly recommend Leaders Agency. They truly go above and beyond to make the rental process as easy as possible. They will provide every information you need need to make an informed decision.

BILAL RAQEEB HAS BEEN SUPER! after having going agency to agency I came across bilal! Our literal saviour! He made the process soo smooth and easy and gave us all the reassurance we needed. I had a fantastic experience with Leaders, in particular Bilal Raqeeb. Bilal was transparent and delivered everything I was looking for when trying to find tenants for my property. I would definitely recommend Leaders, if you're a landlord I would ask to be pointed in Bilal's direction although everyone else in the team is more than competent too!

Luton Leaders are the worst agents, though they are unprofessional as well they are mannerless , rude, disgusting behaviour people's.. agent Bilal wad too rude and arrogant ,they are racist and won't care about anyone's problems.
We booked a booking by leaders of one house, that house was not so secured and no parking, we were giving amount more than our possibility as we were in urgency. But Bilal was not so interested to show us any other properties.. on face he shared his phone number and later he denied to pick up our call, and when we called to luton leaders agency Richard ; he said u disappoint Bilal and he is very upset as u didn't like the property .
Like seriously; if we are paying the cost it's our right to choose the property it's not depends on so called Bilal mood that he was upset of wasting his time...
These guys have no values and ethics.
And later on when I visited their office , Bilal was ignoring me and when I confront him to ask show me other properties he said u cant afford . As I was offered him more than £2000.
But these guys are disgusting, Luton leaders needs change their staff... because they won't be changed their behaviour..
I suggested and keep on suggesting don't take property from Luton town centre Leaders.

And later make fun of me

I have had the most wonderful experience working with leaders for my move. I now feel i took the best decision and entrusted myself with leaders. extremely professional straight to the point and supported me with making the right choice. Bilal had been amazing from the start till the end. I will recommend leaders anytime. 5 starts from my own experience.

They are good at welcoming people, explaining clearly what you need to know. Choose what it suitable for you and is left with the customer to make a decision based on their pocket. Mr Malik is so kind and can analyse everything simply for you to understand.
