Mr Bilal Raqeeb, Mr Malik and the team were very helpful and supportive during the process. Sent constant updates and explained the process to me clearly, including prompt responses.

Bilal Raqeeb was my contact at Leaders. He was exceptional, he looked after every possible issue, and all the services sources at reasonable prices and completed to high level. He genuinely wanted the best for me as a landlady and the best for the Tenants. He did not take advantage of the fact that I live far. He kept me updated, even when I'd forget he did not. He should be the Service Manager of the branch. Thank you Bilal, I would have sold the house but he fixed the property to a high level now is a true investment and I can easily sell it for a lot more. He is an asset to the company.
