I and my partner needed a place to live at a very short time. We contacted Leaders after identifying a property that suits our needs and they responded hastly. We were booked in for viewing and because we had already seen the property photos, we took it on. The estate agent Bilal was very commumicative even in off work hours. They made sure we get all details of our tenancy agreement and were not in a rush.
However, the inventory report had a bit of minor irregularities. But were able to sort that out. Otherwise I totally recommend Leaders.

I found Bilal Raqeeb and his colleagues really helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

I would not recommend leaders. They are quick only during the application process but once you start renting with them but when there is issues with property that needs fixing or noise complaints they do not respond and it takes months for repairs to be done. In addition I’m currently renting in their new build apartment blocks and they are the worst new build apartments ever, the insulation is poorly done you can hear everything from people above my flat and below. I’ve tried to cancel my tenancy so many times but they say no. I’m warning everyone that the new builds on Hastings street LUTON are shit and super small not worth the price and they are badly built. STAY CLEAR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I’m currently waiting for tenancy to finish then I’m out of this dump.

Caitlin was exceptional throughout the process. She made sure she responded ASAP to all messages. Only few agents respond to wassup messages but that wasn't her. She's simply simply amazing 👍🏻.

My first contact with your establishment was via telephone with Mr. Richard Sharp. My particular circumstances were somewhat anomalous. Within five minutes of conversation Mr. Sharp recognized the circumstances required urgent and special handling. He immediately committed to assisting and delegated Ms. Caitlin Whybrow to conduct viewings the following day. Ms. Whybrow also affable and courteous, showed me the two available units in the postcode of preference; one of which I chose. The process thereafter was handled by both Mr. Sharp and Ms. Whybrow with professional courtesy and empathetic urgency. It's has been a great pleasure liaising with these two professionals. Also, other staff in the office who were not directly involved with my tenancy, were also courteous and welcoming. The atmosphere in the office is conducive to growth and development. I will most definitely recommend and will continue to patronize your service in the future.

Really bad service / experience when it comes to renting with these, They forget about you for weeks / months / years without resolving issues that need resolving, which they incourage you to report on there website but you never get them resolved, One of many issues I'm having with them having asked to change the not working out of date smoke alarms from 2020. Their response every year is " dear sir, can you replace the batteries " shocking as it should be classed as health and safety issues.. but they are quick to take your money every month,
Please be careful in renting with Leaders luton.
