A genuinely smooth and supportive experience
The best experience I’ve had with an estate agency so far. Malik showed me the property I wanted to rent, understood my circumstances with genuine empathy, and promptly sent over the application form. Caitlin was also a great help, carefully double-checking my details before submitting everything to the landlord for approval.
Not only did I receive a positive outcome on the same day, but both Malik and Caitlin went above and beyond during a process that would otherwise have taken much longer.
I now can’t wait to move in before Christmas 🙂
If you’re unsure who to rent with, I highly recommend Leaders Luton — they’ve been brilliant and hassle-free, exactly what you need when moving is already extremely stressful. Thank you, Malik and Caitlin, your help is truly appreciated 👏

Poor property management
Leaders in Luton the staff have been ok in sorting out problems but have miss- sold myself and my partner a property. We have been told that the property we are in is for young professionals yet it is seen by us as a student property. We got told it has been professionally cleaned but hadn’t. We have had problems from day one since we have moved in. It’s has effected my partners mental health as he is has been through lots of personal problems from ex partners. We have felt like the property manager that has been assigned to our property isn’t doing things in a timely manner. We had no hot water for 2 weeks so couldn’t shower. Took a week to get the radiator sorted. We have had issues since the day we moved in with our hob. We got told that we have an oven but it’s just a microwave.
The Luton branch manger has been fantastic in trying to sort out our issues but we have felt we had to go to the Bedford branch to voice our concerns and see if we can get support in breaking our current tenancy

Fantastic Experience with Leaders Luton
My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Leaders in Luton. From the very beginning Bilal and Caitlin were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the viewing process with patience and professionalism, and then supporting us every step of the way with the paperwork and communication with our landlord. They were always quick to respond, clear in their explanations, and genuinely invested in making the whole process smooth and stress-free for us. Renting a property can often feel overwhelming, but thanks to the team's efficiency and friendly approach, everything felt easy and well-handled. We’re so grateful for their support, and would highly recommend Leaders Luton to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent.
