I have had Jade as my property manager for some time. The service has always been first class

I am a contractor for leaders and can say they are amazing at dealing with issues that occur in my daily activities and Jade Dolman always seem to excel is her job and always deals with my problems very promptly

Lisa manages our 2 rental properties and does an excellent job. She is efficient and responds quickly to any queries we have, even if it’s just to update. She is polite and professional, and has a lovely friendly approach to her job.

I’ve worked alongside Leaders Loughborough as a contractor and have found the team professional and well organised. Communication is clear, instructions are straight forward, and access arrangements are managed efficiently, which helps jobs run smoothly.

They’re responsive when issues arise and realistic about timescales, making it easy to coordinate works effectively. Overall, a positive working relationship and a well-run branch to collaborate with.

Contacted these guys for a valuation for renting out my property. What can I say I was really impressed with who they sent out(Sienna)really made others look ordinary and underprepared. Unfortunately I decided a different course as new regs would not suite my situation. So all I can say is if your looking to rent out a property give these guys a call and see if you can get Sienna to give you some good advice and pointers.

I rang Leaders estate agent in Loughborough and Sienna answered the phone. I stated I was enquiring regarding a Rent to Buy property and I had completed the relevant forms and sent them to Rhys by email. Sienna said Rhys has left and to send the forms for the Rent to Buy property to her. I was about to take an email address from Sienna and I could hear laughter and talking in the background. The phone line then went completely silent. I then had to call back and Sienna answered and I asked whether she had cut me off and she said she had not. I then said I could hear alot of background noise and Sienna stated that's strange and I stated its not strange there was alot of background noise. I am quite shocked by Sienna's responses to me, she had no courtesy to apologise or to mitigate. Leaders estate agent staff need some customer service training for sure!

A big thank you to Rhys Larner and Adam Jalland. Extremely helpful and efficient. They were always available whenever I needed to speak to them. Hats off.

The level of openess and transparency that Adam gave up was beyond. We just relocate to the UK, he communicated every step and went above and beyond in making sure that we get to our home in the estimated time.

Lisa was honestly amazing at sorting out my end of tenancy deposit. Landlord was trying to lie, putting things on me, with things that had been present in my very first viewing. She had this sorted and believed me which I have never had from another agent before. Definitely my best experience with leaders after the 2 years with them.

Very professional service and the team managed to find two very good potential tenants within a week!, handing all viewing professionally. I recommend the team at Leaders and will use them again in the future when required.

I have been using Leaders for nearly 15 years and in that time I can honestly say I have been impressed with everyone I have dealt with. Lisa, the current Property Manager, is particularly impressive in her promptness and efficiency. Her communication is clear and strong.

Lisa has been our Property Manager now for about 18 months, and has been outstanding in every way. Quick to reply, friendly and totally reliable in contacting and managing contractors,including any follow-ups necessary. As well as always keeping us informed and up-to-date.
We are now selling our property, and she has continued to support us in tracking down paperwork and information, getting in contractors to correct problems and generally offering good, sensible advice.
As a landlord I could not have asked for better service.
