great service on buying a house, the whole team did a great job to get the deal done

Just sold my property with Leaders, and I must saying I am totally happy with the service, they go above and beyond especially Claire Ayres, thank-you Claire.

Professional team service from start to finish. Brief issue with initial photos - resolved and retaken swiftly. Our house sold within the first block of viewings. Excellently marketed, realistic pricing, no spiel. Special mention to Claire the Sales Negotiator from Kings Norton was the epitome of customer service, an asset to the company. She went above and beyond when the bottom of the chain collapsed very late into the sale. Within days a new first chain buyer was found and the sale was swiftly back on track. Sue the ‘Move Manager’ also deserves a well earned commendation for her patience and professionalism during the entire process. Both answered emails and phone calls swiftly, their liaison between all agencies was exceptional which certainly helped alleviate the stress. Yes, there are cheaper estate agents out there but if you want best value for money with an outstanding service, Leaders are a must.

Hi, I found the staff,very helpful, and arrived as arranged .Unfortunately I wasn't around to meet the tenants, so I don't know how it the ended .
But from what i can everything went fine.

I must say the people at leaders especially Claire at the branch and sue who chased up solicitors went above and beyond to secure the sale and the exchange. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I know estate agents sometimes get a bad deal about them but all I can say is this company far exceeded my expectations

From start to finish a truly professional approach, Claire, Robin from the office always kept on top of every stage of the marketing and Sue looked after the sales progression. Would I recommend them, defiantly true professional who know their market.

We’ve recently moved to Birmingham from London and after having dealt with a multitude of dodgy agents we really came into the Birmingham market extremely cautious and not knowing what to expect. We had an amazing letting agent Louise Kulczycki, who really went the full nine yards for us. She was responsive, flexible and super supportive. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area which was a huge plus and gave more details than we could ever dream of! We were able to decide on a property quickly and the process was refreshingly smooth. I strongly recommend them to anyone I know planing to move in the area or considering relocating to Birmingham.

Dear Leaders,
With sadness in my heart I write this to you as I am in the code at 12:52am where I moved into a house yesterday and by today the door is faulty and I can’t gain access into the room I paid for.
All attempts to open the door proved abortive and here I am with no jacket, asthmatic and drenched in the rain. I just want to say thank you for renting out without checking all furniture and fittings.

I had an issue with a mistake innocently made and Aimee from Kings Norton was straight onto the issue and helped me right away, i really appreciated this she was really helpful!
