Having read some of the recent reviews of Leaders, I couldn't agree more with all of them. Hannah was an absolute delight from start to finish when showing me around a property. All my questions were answered and emails were responded too very promptly. She's an asset to the Leaders team.

Hannah was very professional throughout and answered every question we had. We had a very warm welcome when we entered. I texted that I would be a few minutes late and she was very kind and understanding.
All in all, was great communication from start to finish.

Amazing and easy to use

After seeking valuations from various estate agents, we chose Leaders in Kings Norton. They were professional, friendly, helpful but most of all, realistic. They attended all of our viewings and were always on time. Mark did our valuation and Ryan handled most of our viewings. Ryans then progressed our sale and he was brilliant. He negotiated our sale and kept us updated every step of the way. We can’t recommend the team at Leaders enough and thanks to them we are now settled and happy in our new home.

A big thank you to Trinity for all the help she give to me. Made everything much easier to understand. Would use again thank you !
