We were shown around a property by…
We were shown around a property by Maddie, who was training one of her colleagues. Maddie showed us around very professionally, she knew a lot about the property and was very informative. She was also very helpful, and helped us find anything we were looking for.
The property may not have been right for us this time, but I have to say that Maddie's professionalism, helpfulness and knowledge made it the best viewing we've ever had. We would highly recommend her, and will be contacting Leaders again if another suitable property comes up

Terrible experience, partly down to an awful landlord but they didn't really help - everything was a 'grey area', not their fault. Had to eventually escalate to the CEO of Leaders to get some sort of action. Not having a reliable source of hot water and heating for over 7 days during the coldest time of the year with an elderly dog - unacceptable. Now having to go to small claims court to sue the Landlord as this isn't part of the 'deposit' apparently although its part of the contract - weird.
Still waiting for deposit issues to be resolved through TDS - they got a quote to clean some dust, cobwebs, crumbs and 2 leaves for a 7 room house for £423 - someone's making a good profit somewhere.
Whole host of issues with the property. Even more amusing the landlord gave them a fantastic review thats on their website. Guess they did a good job the money they charged us for a property not fit to be let. Another agent told us they had refused to take the property on - we quickly found out why.

Third time we have let with leaders
We were dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. A suitable tenant was found quickly and an appropriate rate agreed. We are a repeat customer

Quick and easy
From the viewing to assisting with the process, Sammie and the Leaders team were completely ‘on it’ and ensured we were able to organise the new rental efficiently. Their Haywards Heath team were brilliant.
