This company is only interested in taking as much money off the renter as they possibly can by any means they can, beware read the check-in report and highlight everything down to a screw not tightened up properly, they will attempt charge you for it, highlight if 1 blade of grass has not been cut or they will try to charge you for it, in fact avoid this company at all cost or it WILL cost you.

Fast response to my queries so far. I am hoping for a smooth ride for the next stage.

It's my first time renting with an agency and it's both exciting and stressful. I'm happy with the support and phone calls I have received. Speaking with Lisa and having all my questions explained in details made the whole process less intimidating.

My experience with leaders was great thanks to the help of Madeline, she was very helpful and made the process very easy.

Maddi was totally on the ball with sorting out a tricky situation when a tenant didn't move out on his due day and the new tenant was moving in a few days later. She was calm, resourceful and professional in sorting out the solution to a situation which was not of Leader's making. Thanks Maddi.

After some.problems trying to find suitable accommodation Leaders in Haywards Heqth pulled out all the stops to finally land me somewhere. I'm now moved in and happy. The team at the Haywards Heath branch were amazing and kept me up to date at all times despite some issues that were beyond their control. They really went above and beyond to try and help my situation and I'm now happily back in my home town again. Special mentions to all the ladies, Maddie, Kat and Jess a credit to their company.

Excellent experience with Leaders Haywards Heath, especially Maddie who was very helpful. My only criticisms is they could have a been a little bit more communicative/transparent about certain aspects of the letting process, mainly with regards to the NDO

I've worked with Katarina for years and she had always been professional yet approachable.

Having dealt with many property agents on a daily basis I feel communication and trust is key. That being said Jayne and the team at the Haywards Heath branch are excellent and always there at the end of the phone or an email away. I would highly recommend this team and branch.
