I would like to recommend leaders team in Stoke on Trent, specially Charlotte. We have a 4 bedroom HMO property in Stoke on Trent, which was previously managed by another letting agency. When I contacted Charlotte, our house needed 3 individual tenants desperately as it was vacant for more than 5 weeks and was advertised on the market by other agency for approx 4 months. Charlotte being extremely helpful from the moment I made my first call and she gave me right advice for letting our property. She communicated well with us and gave regular updates without us chasing up. She also liaised well with our previous management agency and also with our contractors to sort out some issues in our property.
In less than 4 weeks all our 3 rooms have tenants and Leaders is going to manage our property in future. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. Charlotte is best in her work and we are very thankful.
