Having bought our apartment through Leaders two years ago and getting excellent service we decided to rent it this year and returned to Leaders. Everyone was helpful, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Within weeks we had a choice of vetted tenants and the tenant has now moved in. We were given information every step of the way and chose to have a full property management service which is proving to be ideal for us. We cannot recommend Helen and the whole team highly enough.

We have been fortunate to have had Helen Smith as our point of contact over a number of years. She has a deep knowledge of the property scene in the locality and has always provided us with clear and sound advice. Her understanding of the ramifications involved in letting property has given us assurance and confidence to proceed without feeling that we are taking undue risk. Always ready to assist and address any problems in a collected and professional manner.

Great service. Megan was very helpful from start to end and helped chased solicitors and vender for a quick response.

I would like to thank Helen Holly also Katie what a great service they provide soon as I walked through the door they were so helpful coming from Jersey and never rented before I found things weird to begin with but with the teams help I've found a fantastic place to live so I can't speak highly enough about the team at leaders and when I decide to stay and buy in this area I will definitely be using leaders

I finally have an agent (Katie Brooks) that keeps me updated on any outstanding projects that I have on property. It becomes quite tricky when you have a letting agent and flat management company. But she is relentless in trying to get the updates I’m expecting

Jess came out to value our home and she was amazing. She was kind and respectful to myself and the property. She noticed the hard work that went into renovating our home. She also recognised that I was on my own, as my partner is away for four months, and made me feel really comfortable and safe to put our house on the market. Honestly cannot say enough how great she was.

We have sold 2 properties with leaders in the last 15 months and I cannot praise them enough , Jessica and her team made it seem so stress less , nothing was ever too much trouble and always on hand to answer any questions , I would highly recommend leaders .

doesnt even desevr a 1 star in my opinion they are f**king sh** in gosport we have had a flat for a year to be told we are alloud to renew however they will bump our rent up by 25 so we can pay for our landlords brand new 21 plate car we have been waiting 6 months for the shower to be fixed and the rats in the loft to be cleared when contacting all they can say is sorry but not out fault so if anyone wants to go with them your funeral i will never ever ever pay them my rent for my last month now i will not be treated like scum by the worst groupe i allso have sold my story to the news about this so expect this to be in the news on how sh** they are

Gosport Branch are beyond useless.
I was looking to rent a property for 6 months and Leaders are the only esteemed Estate Agency who never kept me up to date or in the loop about any properties I enquired about. There is no care for potential clients and no aid for those who are first time renting. No communication and no care. I will be sure to never go near the company in the future when buying, selling or renting.
