Jess and Jade were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.
The photos for the sale leaflet were excellent and I was given very accurate costs.
Like some other reviewers I was not too impressed with Lifetime Legal who charged me twice for the same thing although I did get my money back after complaining.
It might just be me but in future I would opt for my own conveyancer.
Well done to all the Staff in Leaders and thanks for being so helpful.

Jessica, Val and Jade have been really efficient. They guided me through the offer stage and I really felt they acted in my best interest. I have received timely updates throughout the solicitor stage. The best estate agent I have dealt with.

Can’t praise Richard and Megan enough for everything they done for my sister and myself. We lost our dear Mum and had to sell house. Both Richard and Megan were amazing. My mother was very impressed with the service & valuation provided by the agent.
However the vetting process with Lifetime Legal was a joke. Very poor communication, repeating numerous times requests for documentation already supplied . Rejecting legal documents. I could go on & on, it took weeks!! I am still unsure if this is resolved even though the house is on the market.

To be fair I believe this is a separate company to Leaders and the agent was more informative than Lifetime Legal & has raised a complaint with them. I will be avoiding anyone who uses Lifetime Legal in future. A stressful experience all round at a difficult time. Very disappointed

Having bought our apartment through Leaders two years ago and getting excellent service we decided to rent it this year and returned to Leaders. Everyone was helpful, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Within weeks we had a choice of vetted tenants and the tenant has now moved in. We were given information every step of the way and chose to have a full property management service which is proving to be ideal for us. We cannot recommend Helen and the whole team highly enough.
