Absolutely fantastic letting experience all thanks to Emily! Having been looking for a property for a few months now we have interacted with quite a few letting agents and this was by far the easiest and friendliest. Able to accommodate for some difficult circumstances regarding viewings, had all information to hand regarding any and all questions and prepared information for anything we could have needed before we even needed to ask.

Disgusted with the whole of the treHad given to us as landlord,s.Beal,s estate agent looked after &rented our property out at Woolwich close for 13yrs,had know problems at all with them first class in every way.
We needed to rerent & put in in hands of Leaders,as they found tenant first.
2021 for a year,the tenant they got for 1 year,left our place completely. Trashed.
Leaders, took 3 week s to find out.
Total neglect of duties.
Cost us so much money.
As was newly decorated thru out + new carpet s ,all trashed a rabbit was left in lounge ,had free run ,ate carpet ,peeded through out ,caused smell ,dampness thru out.
As all windows were covered in cling film,no ventilation allowed.
Been trying since then to get compansated for.
We have had nothing.
Don't touch them as renting agency.
If u value your property or peace of mind,

Prior to starting our house buying journey with Leaders, we had been part of three other housing chains with three different estate agents. By far, Leaders (our fourth) are superior to others in the area in all aspects. Jessica was our point of contact, and quite frankly, I have not met a more approachable and understanding estate agent. She showed us multiple houses and helped us land the one we wanted. Jessica and the team were always on hand to calm the nerves and were very quick to respond to any queries. I would have no concerns over recommending Leaders fully based on my experience and cannot thank them enough for holding our hand through an incredibly stressful journey.

My son was helped recently by Emily Brooks at the Fareham branch whilst I acted as guarantor. My son was nervous as it was his very first rental and didn’t know what to expect but Emily put him at ease and he told me how very friendly and helpful she’d been every time he had a question - he didn’t feel he was ever being a nuisance!
