It is my first time to have a video house viewing from Hong Kong. My agent Emily Bligh​​​​ is great. She presented us a very nice house. Tried hard to deal with the landlord and me about the start date of tenant. We are highly appreciated with her great effort. 👍

I have been with this branch for over 5 years. In my view the customer is never put first, they will always blame you or the tenant for any issues. Poor service has meant I took over the account on behalf of my tenant and have done so for years yet still charge me the earth when I am managing the account myself and make it extremely difficult to part ways to the point the ombudsman is now involved. Lots of disturbing emails sent to my tenant, lack of care, poor poor service and not solution orientated at all. Today, 02.08.24 they still continue to mess up payments. If you want an agent who doesn't care, does not take complaints seriously, whom leave you feeling totally and utterly frustrated to the point of crying then choose them. But I have warned you.

Becky and Emily made the process of my renting very easy and made sure that I was 100% aware of what what happening. The communication was perfect and I reccomend going here for your rent/buy!

Emily and the team have been excellent. My flat was rented out very quickly with a great tenant. They are quick to sort out issues without going over the top and charging a fortune for the smallest maintenance problems. As a landlord, I strongly recommend them.
