Paula McCafferty From Leaders Chester has been a very helpful property manager! Quick responses to emails and queries. My check in process into the flat was very straightforward and of minimal hassle. Would rent from Leaders again in the future!

Renting via Leaders in Chester, Helen our property manager has always been lovely, she's polite, professional and always gets back to me when i email.
Would highly recommend renting via these, our tenancy isn't quite up yet and we are wanting to leave the property but not because of leaders its because its the house that jack built on the cheap.

Just checked out from a flat in Chester for which Leaders were managing agent.
Helen Diggory ran the process using a mix of web-based process management tools. It was by far the most-efficient, low hassle check-out I have ever been through. Thank you Helen and team.

Currently going through the rental process for a property in Chester, for which Saskia has been mine and my partners main point of call. She has been absolutely incredible at keeping in touch with us and guiding us through the process making sure that everything is up to date and ready for our move in date. During parts in which we have been concerned due to delays in our tenancy agreement signing (at no fault of leaders) she has reassured us and has kept our minds at ease. She is an absolute pleasure and an asset to the company.

We had a long sales process, over 8 months, which was sometimes stressful. Emma and Nikki kept us up to date with what was happening and we’re very helpful throughout the whole process.

Best service for housing ever especially with how difficult things are with housing right now. All started with Erin who was very helpful then Saskia took over and topped it with a classy service. There was no way my brother and his family who moved from a different country would have got this house and moved in on the day expected if not for the dedication from Saskia. Very focused on customer preference and based on the feedback received after showing the first property, immediately suggested something which met my need and closed the rental very quickly and smoothly. The staff were very helpful and responsive to issues and questions raised, and facilitated visits to check the property (which was unoccupied), at very short notice.

Saskia and Chloe were friendly, patient and efficient; they both went the extra mile to help meet an urgent need to rent an apartment in Chester for a foreign student friend who, like me, was unfamiliar with relevant requirements and procedures. They managed to cut through the red tape and organise things within a super quick timeframe. We would definitely recommend Leaders to others. Excellent customer service and communication with very quick response times. Chloe kept me updated throughout and make it a completely stress free experience. My application was processed really quickly and I was able to move in 2 weeks after submitting it. Everything can be done online including making payments and setting up the utilities and council tax.
