Been trying for 3 days to ask a question about a rental property that we are interested in but nobody ever answers the phones.
I wouldn't be happy if I was a landlord!!

Communications were excellent and they were flexible and accommodating.

They were also really friendly and professional.

Agent was thorough and spent time evaluating the house and going through everything with us

Waste of money if you are a landlord looking to rent out your property. Nothing but stress, bad advice and take a very long time to sort items out.

Save your money and do it yourself.

I would not recommend using this estate agent. They have consistently not performed maintenance including taking over three weeks to get anyone to fix the heating in winter. They have also failed to provide an accurate checkout report or meter readings at the end of tenancy for over a month now. I would never rent with them again.

Leaders take on the stress of Lettings. Having had my property managed by a different local agency and had an absolute nightmare of a time with them, I was very cynical about the job that Leaders might do. I needn't have been. Their processes are transparent and documentation is found on their Web portal. They communicate effectively (with each other, tenants and landlords) in order to affect solutions to problems. They're attentive to the needs of tenants and landlords alike. That's no mean feat when some agendas can be opposed to each other.
So far, after 2 years, so good 👍🏽 👏 👌

Paula McCafferty from the Northwich branch has been wonderful. I moved in last year and found out I was assigned to Paula as the property manager. There has been issues of leakages which was attended to, followed by energy consumption issues which was instantly resolved by the property manager paula. she has been prompt and her response time has been great so far. well done and continue the good work Paula.

I wanted to comment on the very prompt, helpful and professional response of Joshua Fuller the property manger who has recently been dealing with us. His conscientious attention leaves me knowing that the management of our property is in good hands

Enquired to view a house, agreed on the date at 5PM, made it clear will be driving from London and on the day of the viewing I received a phone call at 2:30PM the viewing is cancelled because the house is under application.
I rarely review but my experience with Leaders was a failure, poor communication, they are barely replying to emails, will definitely advise to avoid them if you value your time and energy.

Thank you to Gemma Byron and Saskia Walker who have both been incredible during the search and the aftercare of finding an apartment in Chester.

Saskia worked really hard to ensure I was able to move in seamlessly, and Gemma is always on hand now I have moved in if I have any issues to questions.

All staff from the Chester local branch are professional and helpful. They invariably give prompt advice and assistance on all matters relating to the letting and sale of my property.

After renting a property for several years with more than its fair share of issues I have to thank Helen on the Property Management team who has been nothing short of amazing at every turn. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with her and Leaders as a whole. Renting in a listed building comes with its share of challenges but Helen was able to help with every issue that arose and is a true credit to the organisation. Helpful, Friendly and Effective.

Paula McCafferty started managing our properties more than two and a half years ago and has always dealt with the tenants and our requests very efficiently. She is very professional and follows up with queries in a timely manner. I always know that if I've emailed or spoken to Paula that I can rely on her.

Being one of those tenants who literally reads and analyses every single word in a contract and has then endless questions, sometimes issues or suggestions I would like to state the following:
