Throughout my process of finding somewhere to rent in Bromsgrove, Leaders and especially Holly has been incredibly helpful and responsive. When one application didn't proceed they helped find another property and sorted everything out for me. As someone who wasn't sure what they were doing, Holly has been amazing at answering all my questions!!

Contracts need careful reading
I just want to advise landlords to read their Leaders contracts really carefully. They have a clause which they believe enables them to continue acting as managing agent when the landlord has given notice. This is a specific Leaders clause.
This includes warning tenants to stop using gas appliances 6 months after Leaders stopped being the managing agent.

Quick response time and very efficient
I had to find a new house very quickly and was stressed out. Aimee from leaders was very quick to respond and very quick to send me details and everything I needed to know. I am very happy with them and would definitely recommend!
