I put in an enquiry to have some gardening work done to my rental property ( my choice )
I contacted Gemma at leaders to gain permission from my landlady .
Gemma had got back to me within the hour to say it can go ahead .

One of the best property management teams in have dealt with. As a contractor it can be very frustrating dealing with some tenants, however the property management team at leaders Boston go the extra mile to help. Massive thanks to Gemma, Charlene, Jamie, shannon and Hollie

Been in tenant in my current home for over 6 years now which has been managed by Hill & Clark now known as Leaders throughout and had around 4 different property managers during that time. Recently, I enquired regarding a new fixed term tenancy renewal.
I must give full credit to Hollie our current property manager. Her professionalism is second to none, friendly plus understanding and works directly in the middle of impartiality between the tenant and landlord interests and that’s the way it should be. Resulting in a great new renewal for both parties. Overall, since Leaders have taken over I am also impressed by the friendly touch on their letters and E-mails regarding inspections and maintenance than previously being told what’s happening on a certain date with legal wording. It’s a great new fresh approach and keep up the great work.

Recently my oven brown and I could not be happy with the service I received. Shannon & James worked very efficiently and I had my oven replace within a couple of days. I was so pleased to have a working oven again.

I’ve been a tenant of the same property for 18 months now and it’s always been A very good experience dealing with Leaders. Hollie is always helpful and quick to respond to emails, all of the staff are friendly and I’ve never had an issue!

Currently in a rented property, through Leaders, and I have to say the journey has been a very positive one.
Staff have always been very pleasant and helpful, answered all questions we had, even handed us a little welcome box and Xmas card when we collected the keys :)
Our Property Manager, Gemma, is a diamond, she ensured an issue was fixed for us just before Xmas and cannot thank her enough for doing her upmost to get that resolved.
I feel confident we will have a good relationship with Leaders.

As a first time landlord I put my faith in Leaders to take care of my property. (Fully managed) probably the worst experience of the rental market possible. Never informed about problems.. tenants underpaid rent only found out when I got paid £100 short. Multiple repeat emails after answering to the first one, charging me for services I declined (carbon monoxide sensors & check out fees). Correspondence became less frequent when I was constantly onto them about their horrendous communication.. basically got written off from them as a lost cause rental. If you want the most stressful experience possible for renting a house out… pick Leaders!! Joke is on them really, since my first rental I’ve acquired two more properties to rent, could have been business for them if they were a professional company. STAY AWAY

Gemma is dependable at getting requests executed, responds to calls swiftly or instantly, is knowledgable and always upbeat. She seems a real team player in the Boston office where I am very pleased with the new manager too. I just hope these people stay with this branch. They also shelter me from the bureaucracy of Leaders head office’s detached interaction. Many thanks Gemma.

If I could leave zero stars I would however it’s only letting me put one.

Leaders are disgusting vile robbing human beings who take your money and refuse to give it back even when advised that it was fully refundable. They only think about their pockets and give false information and lie.

I would NEVER use leaders again and highly advise that people do not use them either.

Enjoying having my property managed my the Hill and Clark team. I’m new to being a landlord and when ever I call the office, they always take their time to explain everything to me (sometimes even more than once!) Big thank you to Hollie, Gem & Penny

I am a tenet and was told I needed to be present for a quick electrical thing for the landlord, but was only given a day, not specific time. Gemma managed to get me a time slot so I can still manage the rest of my day, thank you!

Have been a tenant for many years. Whenever I call the office, they are really helpful. Even if they don’t know there and then, they come back to me promptly! Always happy to speak to Gemma, Hollie & Charlene. Even had the pleasure of dealing with their new team member Penny :)

Can not thank the team at Boston enough, nothing is too much trouble for them. Such a smooth process from viewing to moving in. Would highly recommend.
