Lyndsay has kept me well informed following my queries regarding works and tenancy issues. It is nice to have a friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the phone when there are problems to be resolved.

Lindsay has kept me thoroughly informed through my recent dealings with the company. Excellent service.

I had a dog-s*** tenant once and leaders were excellent - I couldn't fault them at all, especially Gemma who has been fantastic. I'm still using their services of course.

We have just had 5 windows replaced in our premises and thanks to Gemma for chasing up the contractors and getting this sorted for us .. more than happy 😃..

Gemma was very prompt in replying and sorting out my queries. The whole experience of moving out became smooth because of her guidance through the process.

Absolutely a shambles of a business… was promised a viewing with confirmed time and date and drove for over 2 and a half hours to meet the business ‘representative’ not convinced that they even existed, to be not met, no contact, went to branch where I was told only one person working and therefore unable to leave the office. On visiting them I found two people who were so standoffish and non approachable. I believe that our attempts to view the property have been dismissed and not handled (not sure if this is because they are letting the property also and are reaping the benefits that way). Beware of putting your house up for sale with this company as for 3 weeks we’ve been trying to contact and arrange a viewing and no one has been approachable with our efforts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE WANTING TO SELL YOU’RE PROPERTY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED…and also quite rude, after spending 6 hours for a round trip and £’sss worth of petrol to be let down….not okay. I am contacting the managing director and estate agency ombudsman to report that they are not trading In their clients best interests…it doesn’t feel like they really want to sell this property for their client and they just want to have the easy option of continuing to let this and reap the benefits for an easy profit….

Gemma is just amazing! She's by far the most professional agent I've worked with. I've dealt with many estate agents and Leaders are by far the most professional, most helpful and friendliest group you'll find. They will look after you from start to finish and do everything possible to try to take the stress out of moving. You can always speak to someone and the whole team are happy to help. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Have been a landlord since 1996. Found Berry Barlow to be very professional (Leaders Lincoln Office) and achieved a very high rental value for my 2 bed house in Lincoln, in fact my rent was 30% higher then that Offred by Mundys, Haart, Bairstow Eves, W H Brown and Pygott & Crone. The only down side has been Leaders Regional Director - Matt Scott. Matt is dishonest, refuses to come on calls and very unprofessional. In fact Matt Scott is single handedly destroying a great brand.

I’ve been with Leaders a little over 3 years now and have been very impressed with the service they deliver.
Whether it’s a home visit or an issue with the property it has always been managed in the same professional manner ever time.

What is also great about Leaders is the speed the staff reply to E-mails and messages.
They don’t keep you hanging about, and they will try their hardest to get your issue sorted as quickly as possible.
Gemma Henderson the Property Manager has been my point of call if I’ve needed anything. And she has been brilliant!
Always quick to reply and her excellent knowledge of the rental market reassures me that I’m in good hands.
I would highly recommend using Leaders purely because of their commitment to delivering a first class customer service.

We’ve always been really happy with the service from this branch, particularly Gemma Henderson who always dealt with us, she is really helpful and resolves any issues promptly, she is always lovely and always makes you feel like nothing is too much hassle. I would also like to say how lovely Penny was (I think that was the ladies name, apologies if I’m wrong) she came and did a property inspection with the owners of the property who were nothing but impolite and downright rude, but she remained professional throughout, regardless of their bad manners. I phoned Gemma Henderson this morning with a problem. She was really helpful got straight onto the problem and then phoned me back to let me know it was all sorted. Absolutely fabulous help

I put in an enquiry to have some gardening work done to my rental property ( my choice )
I contacted Gemma at leaders to gain permission from my landlady .
Gemma had got back to me within the hour to say it can go ahead .
