This pendant lamp was the perfect addition to my new kitchen. It not only blended seamlessly with the room's decor but was also very easy to install. The adjustable arm provides flexibility, allowing the lamp to be conveniently moved out of the way when needed.

Chinese company selling low quality items

Company is based out of China, lamp took ages to arrive and is not UL listed so it cannot be installed in the US. Company wants me to pay return shipping to China which is about $70 for a $90 item.

They delivered exactly as they…

They delivered exactly as they promised. While there was a slight issue with one of the glass balls being broken out of the large quantity ordered-over a hundred -they swiftly shipped a replacement without delay. Their responsiveness to my emails was excellent throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for your efficient service.

The company said they have cancelled my order but have still
Taken the money.
Scam company do not have anything to do with them.
They state UK but are based & shop from China.

Low quality lighting and lamps from a company based in China; if you have a problems or need a refund, it is difficult to deal with. I would not recommend this company.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I have asked for a refund and they lied and said I have been refunded and it still hasn't come through! There is no number to ring so you can't even speak to anyone! I've emailed lots of times and there is no communication whatsoever! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Placed an order on 23.06.24, still haven't received it. No communication regarding the order at all and no response from the company when chasing an update. Very disappointed.

Terrible proactive customer service, decent reactive customer service, so-so light quality

tl;dr: Pretty terrible proactive customer service (not sharing relevant information about shipping time and tracking numbers up front), decent reactive customer service once I found the correct email address (responded quickly and gave me relevant information and updates), so-so actual quality of lights. Took about 6 weeks to get both pieces of my order.

Original review: I ordered two ceiling lights 18 days ago. I received a "tracking number" within a couple days, but the tracking site says that number isn't found. I've contacted the company twice and never gotten a response.

Update 1 (responding to their response): I originally contacted them by responding to the email notifying me my order had shipped, which was from "info@". I've just sent another email to "service@", so we'll see if they respond to that! It is definitely helpful to know that the tracking isn't valid yet because the package is shipping by sea... but that also would have been helpful information to share in the first place!

Update 2: They responded to my email to "service@" - sounds like the "info@" email address is unmonitored. I'm updating this review to 2 stars, and I'll come back to update again if/when my lamps arrive.

Update 3: I finally got a UPS tracking number, and my package was delivered today! However, it only had 1 of the 2 lamps I ordered, with no indication that the second was even ever shipped.

Update 4: I reached out to customer support again and they told me their multi-piece orders always ship separately, and gave me a second tracking number. Would have been really helpful to tell me this upfront, so I have to conclude either their customer support isn't great, or they didn't actually ship the 2nd light the first time and they scrambled to air freight it to the US. However, I did eventually get the second light!

The quality was lower than I expected - the white dome is bluer / cheaper looking than expected and what looks like a wood block in the pictures is actually a faux wood with two ugly mounting screws.

This is a beautiful light which is…

This is a beautiful light which is quite stunning and design. Looks like a strand of DNA.
It didn't have very good instructions, however in terms of installing it. I would recommend that they add this to the box.

AVOID

AVOID. Cheap products produced in China. Delayed delivery and then the items arrive damage and now no reply from their customer service in respect of a refund.

Your response to this review below is also dishonest and misleading. You are refusing to let me return the item despite it being faulty and not as described. Why won't you just let me return the items?

Scam Company

Scam company. Took three months to arrive and when it did, the light did not match the photo on the website. I contacted customer service and they keep offering a 20-30% refund when their website clearly states they accept returns. I now opened a claim with my credit card company. They also expect you to pay for shipping back to China. Highly advise you purchase from elsewhere.

My Pendant Lamp took ages to arrive and…

My Pendant Lamp took ages to arrive and when it did-it was the wrong lamp. I duly wrote and explained the order was incorrect and sent the Lamp back to the Warehouse to be exchanged. I have never received anything from Lampsmodern since.
No replacement
No refund

Really bad and have actually now stolen my money.

Lamp did not look like picture at all

Lamp did not look like picture at all. They use pictures from other websites. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and get your light some place else. They also only publish positive reviews on their website.
