Faulty lamp and poor customer service
Bought two lamps. Delivery was slow and tracking details were wrong. On arrival, the pendant light was fine but the slim ceiling light which was fitted by a highly experienced electrician, failed with a bang and electricity was tripped. On investigation, there was water inside the electrical fitting. Wrote twice to the company using the email address provided when ordering but, several weeks on, have received no response.
My email informing LampsModern of the problem included a photograph illustrating the issue!
