Customer doesn't Matter
Sat in KwikFit waiting on a tyre change. Been sat here for over 2.5 hrs since lease company was emailed. No reply means KwikFit can't respond. This is a joke. It's the polar opposite of customer service

We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate how frustrating it must have been to wait so long for a tyre replacement.
After you contacted us, we immediately contacted the lease provider to investigate. At that stage, no authorisation request had yet been received by them. We continued to liaise with all parties, and once the request reached the lease provider, it was authorised within 12 minutes.
We understand this won't make up for the time you spent waiting, but we wanted to reassure you that we acted as quickly as possible to help progress the repair.
We're sorry that your experience fell below the standard you expected and will continue to work with our suppliers to minimise delays of this nature.

Had 7 nhs lease cars no issues, this company kinto fleet seem to want to charge you for tyres and now parking fines even if paid ! I had issues during the start with pricing ...I will be making a complaint

Excellent Service
Kept up to date on a weekly basis on estimated delivery and on delivery day was kept informed on the timings. Very efficient, Staff who I dealt with were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery service of the new car was excellent, person delivering went through most of the controls with me and was very patient.

This was my first experience in getting a car through Knowles fleet. The process of application is pretty simple and there are excellent deals available. Also, quite a few options for quick delivery. My car was not on quick delivery, still I got it in 8weeks. Adrian was amazing and very helpful in contacting the dealership and making sure I get my vehicle sooner. Chloe also helped great deal with quick updates about delivery etc. Overall , I had a great stressfree experience, thanks to the team.

Could not deliver my car between 08.00…
Could not deliver my car between 08.00 and 18.00 some one came to collect my old car while I was working and my new car was not delivered until 19.00 hrs at home so I had to get a lift home from work from a colleague. Very poor organisation
