Great customer service

Great customer service, fully explained every step of the process. received weekly progress reports.
Waited a little while for the vehicle however not Knowles fleet problem.
Good customer follow up service once vehicle had been delivered with support tel numbers delivered prior to the delivery.
Overall a 5 star service *****

Great communication from the team

Great communication from the team, made things very easy and smooth throughout. Contacted them with some questions and were answered with appropriately and gave great advice on how to navigate the application process.

Salary sacrifice car lease

We’ve just leased a car with the salary sacrifice initiative. The staff were really helpful, good communication throughout and happy to explain anything I was unsure about. A much easier process that I thought. We were kept up to date through the portal and the delivery of the car and installation of the pod point went smoothly. Very happy with the service

Excellent Customer Service

I had an excellent experience with Knowles Fleet. David was extremely helpful from the very beginning and guided me through the whole process with professionalism and patience. Cole kept me updated on the delivery every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated.
Even after delivery, the team has continued to provide outstanding support and has been happy to answer any questions I've had. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and their customer service has been fantastic throughout.
I would highly recommend Knowles Fleet to anyone looking for a stress-free and professional experience.
