Having bought a Kingswood home we can not recommend the customer service and after sales enough. Liam, Andy and the team are extremely responsive in dealing with any issues or queries. I would not hesitate in recommending Kingswood homes to others. The quality of the build, fittings and fixtures are high standard compared to other new builds we have had, but the main consideration is the exceptional customer service after you’ve purchased. Thanks so much, we really do appreciate it. 😊

Could not recommend Kingswood enough from reservation, completion and post completion, they have been amazing. Quality and after care has been exceptional.

Having visited Kingswood homes, I am amazed by the quality of build and shape your home concept, which is like no other I have seen on the market. The sales consultants that I met were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Personally having bought a Kingswood Home, I wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole. They are lovely until they have your money. Their health and safety on site is embarrassing, they do not come back to complete snags unless they are easy fixes, they force you to pay for extras with no exchange having taken place and take the plot off you if you do not agree to forfeit your money. Blackmail is rife within the company. They also stated that there were no affordable homes on site, which is misrepresentation as there are 147!!! No matter how pretty the house looks, do not touch!

Had one of the best experiences in purchasing our forever home , the team at kingswood homes (farmstead ) both Ginell and Andy have made the very stressful purchasing journey easy, and joyful , providing support and information on any questions we had ,they have both gone above and beyond to help us. My partner Stacey and I bought a new house from Kingswood Homes. From day one, Deborah was absolutely brilliant. She helped us choose the perfect plot and went through every option with us to make sure everything suited what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. She really took the time and made the whole thing feel personal, which made a massive difference.

Since moving in, Ben and Luke have been great. Any minor snags have been sorted quickly and properly, without us having to chase anything. Everything has been done to a really high standard and it’s clear they actually care about getting things right.

We genuinely love our house and we’ve had such a positive experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us through it.

The wonderful team of people made our dream home at Spinners Brook possible.

Deborah is at the top of the list, as her knowledge, bubbly personality, calm reassurance, and check-ins gave us faith in Kingswood Home from the outset. Nothing was too much trouble. She showed us around, but allowed us time and space to decide. She is a perfect example of a great sales representative and an invaluable company asset.

Luke and Ben have been there from the beginning of the journey, taking our enquiries and answering each one promptly. Nothing has been too much trouble. Inevitably, there will be snags on any new-build property, but our belief in the company means that we are confident they will all be sorted out quickly and to a high standard.

The area provides incredible views, and the neighbours are great. We are so glad to be part of this lovely little community.

Kingswood Homes where dreams literally come true! I am over the moon with my beautiful home at Spinners Brook. From the moment I walked into the sales office and met the infamous Debs, I have been bowled over by the genuine care and dedication shown to bag me my dream home. Debs went above and beyond to help me and my children secure our future in a beautiful home, surrounded by wonderful neighbors and good old English countryside. Could not be happier!

We are so happy with our new home at Spinner’s Brook! The team at Spinner’s Brook have been great all the way through, from reserving up until now, 2 months after completion! Deborah kept in touch regularly and didn’t leave you ever feeling like you needed to ask for updates. She gave everything a personal touch and knows everyone from day one which was a huge help as first time buyers. The site managers Luke & Ben have been such a good help and are always on hand if you need anything at all. Every home has its problems but the way they are dealt with is the most important thing, and they really showed that. The whole process felt so much easier than expected and we love our house so much!

What can we say, we started looking to move home in the beginning of 2024. We looked at other local competitors in Blackburn and my other half wanted to be wowed, he came across the Ribchester Show Home and I was also wowed. The quality of the home was second to none in comparison. Donna was great in taking us through the available homes and inviting us to Welly Walks to view upcoming properties. We then established the Farmhouse versions and from our very first visit Andy was exceptional, he could no do enough for us. He had us coming and going for atleast 6+ months and overtime he saw us it was like the first time he has just seen us. Even when he moved to the new Sales Home he kept in contact, we met the new addition Ginelle and she was a great addition and we felt like we were in the best hands.

Andy and Ginelle had listened to our ideals and helped us through viewing multiple properties. We put our house up for sale which took months but Andy and Kerry went above and beyond in assisting us through a long and challenging process. If we had to do this again we would 1000% use Kingwood. Ryan the Site Manager is also great and keen to ensure any snagging is sorted and providing realistic timeliness. We had the utmost confidence that he would do as he said.

We finally got into our new home and we couldn't be happier with the community that Kingswood have created and the fantastic neighbours we have. 2 weeks in and we feel like we have extended families in our neighbours and in Kingswood. We can't thank you enough for creating beautiful homes and an even more beautiful community.

we are in the process of buying a home on Spinners Brook, and we are so so impressed by how everything has been handled so far - having shopped around a couple of other 'new builds' and being left feeling disappointed by a mixture of pushy sales people and lack of character in the homes themselves, we found our dream development with Spinners Brook. The estate is small and theres more options for personalisation that you just wouldn't get with probably any other new build developer to be honest. We have had the best experience with Deborah at every stage so far, nothing is too much trouble and she genuinely cares - she's helpful and honest and we didn't feel pressured or rushed like we'd felt with Bellway and others . Cannot recommend her enough she is a credit to the company and we genuinely look forward to her checking in and updating us on progress.

The aftercare we received is also outstanding and we feel truly supported. Ryan is on hand for anything we need and Ginell and Andrew are always able to help with any questions we may have. However the big shoutout must go to Kerry, she was so supportive and helped us deal with solicitors and made the process much more bearable. we cannot thank her enough.
Our new home is outstanding, Kingswood really take care of building new homes, something you don't see to often with new builds, they build solid homes with personal touches, the shape your home aspect is really grate and the support you get every step of the way is brilliant. You are also not forgotten after your purchase, you get support from the team who are on hand to help with anything you might need, every new home has some snags and Kingswood bend over backwards to help solve any issues. (not that we had many!)

The welcome pack you receive on your moving in day is also a lovely touch.

We are so thankful we found Kingswood homes, (especially Kerry and the team) we now have a perfect, lovely new home! We wish we found them sooner! Best decision we have ever made is choose Kingswood home for our new forever home.

We never wanted a new build as there estates are too big , when we first viewed weavers way we both fell in love with it , with the help of Deborah our perfect home became available to us . Deborah has gone above and beyond to help us achieve everything we wanted nothing ever too much trouble . Luke and Ben have also been amazing helping before and after completion and carry on still now with the snagging ,again nothing too much trouble . Brilliant service would definitely recommend . X

We moved onto our new Kingswood home just before Christmas and are loving it. From the time we viewed right up to completion date the sales team were so helpful even helping to push things forward with my chain when things slowed a little. Deborah kept us up to date regularly and has been amazing throughout the purchase and move. Nothing too much trouble. Even now she is on hand and always willing to help with any questions. Luke and Ben have also been first class and quick to sort out any snags which have been minimal. The whole team are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience which doesn’t stop once you have moved in. Would highly recommend Spinners Brook and Hoddlesden as a place to live. Great walks on doorstep and a fantastic pub in the village which has also truly welcomed us.

From first viewing & various visits to complete our move everything was first class. All the people we saw in the Sales office were extremely helpful. Also any problems were immediately resolved. Would definitely recommend Kingswood Homes.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, innovative design.

What a joke… have made several complaints to Kingswood homes regarding my oven door that has been broken since I moved in. I have been waiting several months now trying to get a replacement oven door to no avail. Then after waiting 8 weeks for an oven door I requested that they replaced the oven as they could not supply an oven door. It is very dangerous that the glass pops out every time you use the oven. This could break and injure/burn my children or myself. I have had enough of waiting for a response that I have not got any further than it’s being processed or not been followed up at all.
Please see attached picture. And make sure that if you have any snags do it asap as they don’t rectify them!!
