Amazing customer service, support and guidance from all the Kingswood development we visited. Andy from Farmstead and Horden Meadows is just brilliant. Excellent communication and information provided. The support he has shown us each time we visited to the time we were able to secure a house is definitely gold standard. Very friendly and he is good at remembering faces and make you feel welcome and valued. Thank you.

Visited the show home. Andy was very helpful, friendly and respectful. He gave me plenty of time to look round and answered any questions . Great customer service.

Visited Andy a few times and have now made a reservation! Can’t wait to be in my new home. I’ve had a few hiccups along the way so far but Andy has been amazing to deal with and very helpful and reassuring!

I have been impressed with Andy at Kingswood Homes so far and his customer service skills. I am in the early stages of reserving a plot but Andy has been really helpful, keeping me up to date and giving me all the information I need to reserve my ideal plot. It has been a smooth process up to now and hopefully will continue.

My experience has been nothing but positive and it is all down to Donna at the Greenhills site. Her professionalism is matched with kindness, empathy and understanding and she has gone above and beyond to ensure communication, manage any concerns and facilitate anything extra we may need. Whilst the properties are beautiful at first sight, Donna is the reason the vision becomes a house to a home.

We have recently completed on a Ribchester 6 and absolutely love our new home.

My husband and I were initially very against buying a new build. However, after meeting Donna and seeing what was possible, it completely changed our minds.

We spent a lot of time with Donna tailoring the house to suit our family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and as someone who knew exactly what I wanted, that meant a great deal. Being able to shape our own home and choose the exact locations for light fittings and sockets is incredible. It truly feels like we designed and built our own home, rather than simply buying one.

Since moving in, the site team – Dave, Luke and Liam – have been fantastic. They are always on hand to answer questions or resolve any concerns quickly. Their aftercare has been excellent and has made settling in even easier.

A huge thank you to everyone at Kingswood. From start to finish, the experience has been a pleasure, and we couldn’t be happier with our forever family home.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a Kingswood home to anyone.

Kingswood is a Fantastic building company , was a little dubious at first as we’ve heard so many horror stories about new build houses , obviously they were other inferior builders !
Kingswood have been great all through the process, excellent sales staff Donna kept us informed throughout and even emailed and called us on her days off and was extremely patient with all our questions and concerns .
Luke the site manager is also very helpful and dealt with the minor snags ( nothing major wrong just small details )
We ABSOLUTELY love our new house and love the peaceful, quiet Homestead estate and surrounding area .
Would DEFINITELY recommend Kingswood Homes very superior builder , we looked at Kingswood Homestead first , then checked out other new build houses in North West , always comparing them to Kingswood and none of them were the same same high standard for similar price range , we love that every house is different , and there is space between each property and not very overlooked .

So far am in early stages of buying a house. Donna has been fantastic right from the start. She gives great advice and ideas. Very honest and upfront with all the choices. Looking forward to completion and i know Donna will help when needed.

Extremely disappointing experience at Spinnersbrook, Hoddlesden. Information changed repeatedly throughout the sales process, requiring constant clarification. Despite engagement over a 4 month period, I was ultimately refused the opportunity to reserve a property in the end, after selling my property and arranging a rental. The complaints process was equally disappointing, with my concerns largely left unanswered. I expected far greater transparency, communication and customer service.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Kerry and Donna at Kingswood Homes for their outstanding support throughout our journey. From start to finish, they have been incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

We bought our house 2 years ago from a seller who had purchased a new house from Kingswood. When I identified an issue with how the guttering had been installed originally, even though I wasn't a direct customer of Kingswood, they came out to inspect the gutters at my property and fixed it within a month. No bother or disagreement. My thanks go especially to Liam, excellent customer service, he promised and delivered. I'm not the only one who has had this positive experience and compared to some developers I would definitely recommend Kingswood.

Recently purchased a new home from Kingswood and the experience has been very positive. One aspect that really stood out compared to other developers was the flexibility to personalise the property with various modification options. While these come at an additional cost, they give you the opportunity to create a home that feels tailored to your own style.

The sales team, Andy and Ginell, were excellent throughout the process; approachable and knowledgeable. A special mention to Ginell for her patience and support with the various amendments along the way!!

Following completion, a professional snag survey identified a number of issues. Naturally, I was slightly apprehensive about how these would be dealt with, but this is where Kingswood really demonstrated their professionalism. Jason, the Site Manager, has been outstanding throughout; very approachable, understanding, and proactive in ensuring concerns were properly listened to and resolved. Jason made sure the work was dealt with promptly and efficiently. His attitude and willingness to help have made a real difference and provided reassurance throughout the process.

The only advice I would give to future buyers is to spend plenty of time during the planning stage considering details such as radiator placement, electrical socket positions, lighting, and room layouts. Taking the time to think these things through early on, especially during the hard hat stage can for sure, save inconvenience and alterations later!!

Overall, I would happily recommend Kingswood and hope no significant issues arise once settled in the property. Will aim to provide an updated review to help others.

Liam from customer care has gone above and beyond helping me sorting a situation out that required urgent attention. I have lived on greenhills for nine years and I’ve always found Liam to be so helpful on every occasional. He is a credit to the company .

We cannot speak highly enough about Kingswood Homes we bought our lovely house on the Homestead Phase and it’s lovely from the design and quality! Our new home had a few snags which you expect from a New Property! Luke was great when we moved in nothing was too much trouble and the after care team Liam and the team have been amazing to keeping you informed and dealing with the work they have all been professional and friendly. Kerry and Donna in sales have been excellent, friendly and nothing too much trouble. I would say if you are thinking of buying a new house buy one from Kingswood you won’t be disappointed.
They are a super company! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to other people.

This has been a quite helpful team, Ginelle and site manager Jason are very responsive to any query and he makes sure that everything should be done timely regarding the snugs.

I couldn’t recommend Ginell at the Farmstead team enough. She has gone above and beyond at every step , even from pre reservation, and is always available to help and answer any question no matter how big or small. The support has been above anything I’ve dealt with before, and knowing she’s on the front contact of my build makes this moving process feel like a dream.

We wanted a Kingswood home originally but our house type we wanted had been unavailable so we found another home with a builder but that didn't work out how we thought it would. Fortunately Donna kept in touch and when the housetype we wanted became available, Kingswood stepped in and were amazing.

Donna and the team at Greenhills went over and above, there were emails on days off and after working hours to help us secure our home. The estate itself is brilliant and we really enjoy our home

The staff at Kingswood are all very helpful, sincere and take the time to understand their customers. The homes are beautiful and I can’t wait to move in!
