What a shame
What a shame! Having bought a KIngswood home in Market Quarter Devon we were extremely pleased. However there have been a number of snagging incidents some lasting more than a year before being attended to and some outstanding. Not just for me but other residents. However the company is attempting to charge buyers for management fees before the development is finished, not only that, they have not detailed the expenses. When residents have asked for clarification the company has refused to reply to such concerns. What a shame they are behaving like this when they have otherwise produced a really good estate.

1 year on in our Kingswood Home
We've been living in our Kingswood Home for a year now and we love it. We'd lived in a new build home previously (Taylor Wimpey) and had an awful experience with the quality and service. The experience with Kingswood Homes has been polar opposite - from purchase to snagging to general customer service, it's a small company so you always feel like you're talking to someone who can help - rather than being passed from department to department. There's a real personal touch to the service that you don't get or expect from a big homebuilder. Any snags have been dealt with promptly and anything outstanding we know and trust are underway. A truly great experience.
