Really bad experience for buying those gifts for my friends and family!!!
Delayed and delayed shipping made me miss my mailing gift to overseas relatives . Hesitated to buy next time, also the packing were so ugly😒

This was good - I'm aware Kiltane reviews have been mixed! The Tori coat is a perfect length for warmth and practicality and it is every bit as beautiful as I'd hoped. I particularly appreciated the detailed clothing measurements on the website which showed the seamlines and garment construction. I compared measurements with a jacket I already had and got the size right first time. Only slight reservation in that the sleeves are a little narrower than I would have liked for a winter-weight jumper underneath,

The delivery is terrible. Firstly it is delivered three days later than expected. DHL throwed my parcel on the road and created a fake person to sign it. I can't imagine if I didn't rush downstairs and collect it in minutes.

Product quality is great ( same as other cashmere companies ) ! However, the international package looks like I ordered from TEMU, the carton was arrived totally crushed and wrinkled. Can’t believe this was with UPS service plus I had to pay additional $35 even though my order was almost CA$1400. I don’t see any “Luxury” related according to my shopping experience LOL

I bought three pullovers yet never received the goods following inaccurate tax billing from transporter UPS and inadequate customer service (5 calls and 4 mails later to various phone & email adresses, still no feedback). Hoping that Kiltane will reimburse me soon.

My blazer shipped promptly to Hawaii. It's more beautiful than knock offs I've ordered from the States (and returned.) I'm so pleased with the look and quality- I can't wait to take it to the chilly mainland for Christmas! I look forward to many years of use

I placed my order and I had it within days, it’s so so soft, brightly coloured, and price was fantastic. I love love love it as a true Scottish lady I love my Tartan and I will wear it with pride and I will be ordering more from here it’s like a little shopping party on this site, Kiltane thank you for making me extra happy.

I bought 68 scarves, and you lost 24 scarves. I sent some emails for a week, and you didn’t give me any feedback!!!

The package arrived really fast, the quality seems good in general, only one sweater already shows some pilling, which is a little sad.

Ordered item 7 days ago that was then heavily discounted (25%) for Black Friday promo a few days later. Have been told to return item and re-order identical in-stock item for discount. Not possible to process over the phone. Madness. Product good, customer systems not good

Very easy to order online, my Harris Tweed Blazer was delivered within 2 working days. Upon arrival the size wasn’t quite right for me so I reordered a smaller size and returned the original. Very easy to do and stress free. I’m delighted with my blazer, excellent quality, style and colour. I definitely recommend Kiltane.

Genuine Harris tweed fabric in modern designs and well made. Careful customer assistance during the shipping process. The only downside I have experienced is the high amount of import taxes, that is charged by the buyer's country, according to the local customs and duty regulations. Fortunately, this further expense was offset by the fact that the item purchased was on sale.

Great product

We ordered 2 woollen blankets a week apart. The first was ordered with a small gift bag, which doesn’t fit, so it’d have been helpful if this was made clearer on the webpage.

We then asked if we could order a second large bag with our second order. Then Kiltane customer service came in and added a large gift bag free of charge. It’s the small things that make the biggest differences.

The some of the blankets are made from recycled wool. Maybe you should shout out louder about this? Sustainability is where it’s at❤️.

Although the beret is nice it isn’t of the same quality as last year. Last years black beret is the nicest I’ve found, beautifully thick and fluffy . Unfortunately this navy one is just not the same which is very disappointing. It is still a good beret and I’ll be keeping it but not quite the same. It was delivered promptly and well packaged

It’s itchy. Didn’t like the way it feels. Don’t recommend.

Bought a scarf in store they charged me double in Canadian dollars. Be careful. I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. Instead of helping me they referred me to their partner who does the currency conversion. STAY AWAY
