Sandbanks customer service - AWFUL

My sons £650 coat was sent for repair 1st December 2025 by sandbanks after the sleeve was damaged when my 15 year old son was knocked off his bike. Was advised (even tho the coat was immaculate only 6 months old) it was not covered under warranty as it was accidental damage- police involved I had all sorts of evidence it was stressful enough dealing with the road traffic accident but no zero sympathy from sandbanks over it).
I have rang customer care numerous times chasing this coat repair, was told the item was in its way back to me in the post from Europe 15th January. Still no sign of this cost (2.5 months later) so rang again last week and was told this information I had received about my coat was wrong and that it is still in Europe waiting to be posted back?
I received an apology from Hollie in the shop who has been lovely helping me, I appreciate it is not the ladies in the shops fault but she assured me I would be contacted by a director to take the issue further.
One week on and no contact from any manager or director.
I have no choice but to assume my coat has been lost in transit. There is no tracking details available for this coat, I feel like I’ve been misinformed by the company.
The communication over this matter has been poor. We are heading into the spring now, if I had of been told of the 2.5 month delay for the repair to the coat to be fixed which then has been clearly lost in the post with no tracking details availible I would have dealt with this myself with a local repairs company.
Sandbanks please do not offer a repairs service to your customers which is non existent.
I’m now £650 out of pocket and have a very disappointed son.

What customer care????

I have purchased items from sandbanks before without issue. However, my latest purchase and the customer care, or lack of, has left a little to be desired.
I purchased 2 items, 1 was too small and the other not to my taste. I therefore exchanged for a different size and ordered a different item to replace the other, they arrived no problem.
However, the replacement item was faulty. I followed the returns process and they accepted to exchange the item. This was all back in December and I am now still waiting. The customer care phoneline, never gets answered. I have been in email correspondence with Naomi and after admitting they are going to have to investigate where my returned faulty item is, I am currently over a week with radio silence, with still no item and out of pocket for over £200. Thank goodness it wasn’t one of the more expensive items like a coat, as I have seen one of the reviews saying they didn’t get their money back.
Really disappointing from this company as the quality of the products has always been good and with such a high profile owner, you’d think they’d have a reputation to uphold.

I have to agree with previous reviews…

I have to agree with previous reviews customer service is nonexistent regarding returns I’d advise everyone if you purchase any sandbanks clothing buy it from a third party to receive a higher level of customer service and not having to pay for returns £4.99 you’ve been warned

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Been waiting for a refund well past the 10 working days stated in their returns policy. Rang them this morning only to be told that my refund is been processed (today!) and it could take up another 10 working days. They blamed my bank!

Never buying from them again, advise you stay away from them too!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Trying to return a faulty item and they have been delaying approval and the last day for return is tomorrow. Thisnhas happened on more than 1 occassion trying to return items. Avoid

Atrocious customer service

Clothing is not true to size, the small ordered for my daughter swamped her. The large ordered for myself I couldn’t get it over my arms (I’m a size 12/14 anywhere else.
The returns process doesn’t work, i retuned both coats one for exchange, one for refund.

Stated 3 working days max to process return, 5 working days later received confirmation of coats being refunded

I emailed customer services to advise I wanted an exchange on one of the coats, this was ignored and advised refund would be up to 10 days

I called customer services to ask for an exchange rather than a refund as requested, promised a call back by cop, no call back

I tried the following day to get through to customer services 5 times, couldn’t get through

I emailed customer services again explaining my frustrations, all I received was an email to confirm my refund has been processed

My refund has been processed now, however, Jamie Redknapp won’t be getting another penny from me and I certainly won’t be recommending the brand.

Quality product

From ordering to delivery the process was simple and easy. I ordered a short sleeve polo for my husband, I wanted a quality product and that's exactly what I received. Great material and perfect fit, yes it's a little more expensive than I would normally pay - but you get what you pay for and my husband was thrilled with the item.

Returned coat and no refund

Bought a £750 coat, which I returned. I provided proof of postage AND received a confirmation email from their warehouse saying theyd received the order. Even after all of this they still won’t refund me.

I will never ever buy anything from them again, and I strongly advise you to stay well clear of this awful company.
