I love Kiltane, I’ve bought 2 jumpers from them, good quality fits perfectly, for cashmere I think it’s very reasonably priced

Honest e-shop.

I would like to just mention to be cautious when ordering something outside of the UK. Kiltane uses UPS, which slaps at least another 40 EUR to the price you are paying for the scarf. This is not a mistake of Kiltane. This is the harsh reality of Brexit and the delivery company they are using.

UPS takes roughly 25 EUR for processing the custom fees and 15 EUR is the actual customs fee. So, if you are buying a scarf in a realm of 80 EUR, the cost will be around 120 EUR if you are based in Continental Europe.

Otherwise, I am very happy with the scarf. Nice quality, beautiful colours and as I am saying, it is an honest and legit e-shop.

Products are really good quality. I bought cashmere products and they are soft and velvety. I really liked them.

I saw this product in an advertisement and was immediately hooked! I ordered the cashmere scarf in oyster grey then and there and was impressed with speed of the delivery !
It is the most beautiful colour and soooo soft !!!
It’s gorgeous , bought as a gift for our daughter and she was thrilled, so a first class buy !!! Very pleased with everything about this purchase .

The quality destroy my thoughts of cashmere and technique. It’s not worth of the price even if it’s on sale, not to mention the delivery fee to Europe

This was my first time shopping with Kiltane and I was a little apprehensive as I often have issues with clothes fittings due to my petite build and 5’2”height.
I’ve been wanting a Harris tweed jacket for a long time but never found one that I actually liked until I saw it on Kiltane.
Service was excellent… I was kept informed of my order and delivery at all times.
I found the size guide really helpful.
My jacket is beautiful, I love the quality of the fabric, the cut and the fitting apart from the sleeves which are too long … but I’m still keeping it.
I thought the sale price was reasonable but just disappointed at the extra cost for the alteration for the sleeves.
The reason for the 4* is only because the sleeves are nearly 3ins too long and now need to find a good tailor to adjust them.
I will definitely order again.

I was surprised to find Kiltane website, while looking for a cashmere jumper. I liked the times and they were on sale. Some errors occurred while ordering, that were dealt with quickly. Really like the jumper which is a soft Camel colour, polo neck jumper. The cashmere is good quality, and substantial - ie thick. Size 12 fits me well on the arm length, BUT it's just a bit too long, comes down to my hips. I'm short waisted, so I have to bunch it up a bit, which is a real shame.

I don't normally bother with writing reviews for online shopping, but had to make an exception for Kiltane.
I found them via a Google search and after going through the popular high street brands websites looking for a scarf, but all the popular brands offered were cheap polyester rubbish. I then found Kiltane, which had an offer on at the time and they were 100% lambs wool. Selected a nice scarf, bought and didn't think anything of it. To my suprise, it was delivered next day, beautifully packaged and the scarf was excellent quality and more importantly nice and warm.
Highly recommended.

Great quality product and fast delivery

All the scarves are good. I understand the importance of environmental protection, but buying 14 scarves and only using two sheets of paper for protection makes them inconvenient to store. Also, online shopping doesn't allow purchasing smaller shopping bags similar to those in stores, forcing me to buy new bags to give as gifts.

My first time purchasing from Kiltane. A speedy delivery and a well priced quality scarf. I will use the company again.

Fast delivery, good quality

Great customer experience, have placed two orders, one for a waxed hat for dog walking which has been fantastic. My second order was for a personalised scarf. Unfortunately after a few wears the embroidery came loose and so I raised this not as a complaint but as a heads up incase it got worse.

The response was quick and was offered a replacement or a refund right away which I was not expecting. Loving the scarf I requested a new one which arrived today.

Communication was quick, polite and very personable. Could not be happier.

Livraison rapide et étole « wrap » de belle qualité.
Ma fille m’avait offert il y a quelques années la même étole aux couleurs un peu plus vive. Elle ne s’est pas déformée avec le temps, la laine est d’excellente qualité et elle tient chaud.
Voilà pourquoi je commande à nouveau celle en rose et ce malgré les taxes et les frais de livraison qui ont été de 48 € environ !!! 😉🥹😅 (j’habite en France)

I was in Edinburgh in Oct 2025. I purchased scarfs in Kiltane store there. In my opinion it was the best store of the many in that city. When I returned to the USA and Christmas was coming I regretted not having more for gifts. Last minute I looked at the website and could could not believe that they would ship to me from Scotland in just three days at great prices too. The absolute BEST company I have EVER dealt with by far. It was stress free ordering and had great tracking .Happy with entire experience. Merry Christmas to all Santa's helpers at Kiltane.

I paid 14€ for sending fees on 12/december, and did not receive the order yet. Not recommended for orders outside of UK.
