Beautifully cut jacket and colour is even prettier than the website pictures. The delivery arrived very promptly and was carefully packed. I'm looking forward to styling this lovely piece.

Sell in EU from website but do not provide any safe means of returning items. Customers in EU will likely be unaware that they have to pay customs duties returning an item as well as full postage/courier costs.

We bought jackest, bags, scarves etc. from Kiltane Oxford. The staff in general, especially Ms. Pat, were really helpful. She helped and advised us very clearly and professionally. The product were really great quality. We bought a few things from their website and the shipment was perfect. Definetely worth visiting if you are in Oxford and look for stg very good quality and reasonable prices. Thank you Ms. Pat and Oxford Kiltane.

Impossible to describe this product, as I haven't received it.
Big delivery issues with the carrier (UPS), who sent several mixed messages during the last 7 days. The package is probably lost and the customer service difficult to reach. The package might be sent back to Kiltane, despite my efforts to communicate with UPS and get my package.

I have built up quite a collection from Kiltane Cashmere over time, including a neck tie, pullover, and cardigan, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the quality. Every piece feels luxurious and incredibly well-made.

I regularly get compliments from colleagues at work on how stylish everything looks, which is always a nice bonus! What really stands out is how well the items wear over time-they keep their shape and softness beautifully. They also wash really well, which is so important for everyday pieces.

Highly recommend Kiltane Cashmere if you’re looking for timeless, stylish, and durable wardrobe staples.

I can’t remember what life was before discovering the Kiltane wool wraps! They are so versatile, so soft, so warm! They match everything I wear, slip under a coat or a suit, or can be dressed over them. Beautiful wrapped around an evening dress. Comfortable with everyday attire. I keep one in the car for the cold journeys. Keep a couple more in the house. Practical, comfortable, warm, looking elegant, easy to put on.
The company is very reliable. Delivery is within a couple of days. Their products include cashmere as well, and the quality is of a very high standard.

Superbe products. I’m use to buy my cachemires from Eric Bompard and Gobi only until I found Kiltane.

The jacket was fine. The Findlay jacket is a different style, a different cut from the Patrick jacket, a bit looser if I'm honest. My gripe is the delivery service, DHL.
DHL gave me a eleven hour delivery window, between 08:58 and 20:00,in which they required somebody to sign for the parcel, so I waited.I was stop 99 and at 11:00 they were on stop 66, they were still at 66 at 13:30. At 19:00 they were heading towards drop 92 and at 20:00, they were still heading towards drop 92. I contacted Kiltane and explained the situation, then sulked a bit. I was looking at DHL' s website, looking for inspiration, when I noticed that my parcel had been delivered at 21:27 and I had signed for it. I looked outside and the parcel was on the doorstep. There had been no knock on the door, nothing.
What would happen,if it had gone missing?
Being treated like this, I can not order again from Kiltane.

I bought a really beautiful pale grey cashmere zip up hoodie - and am delighted! I recently had shoulder surgery so needed something easy to put on - and this was so perfect that I will be wearing it many years after my shoulder has healed. It is really soft and so cosy - and with the hood up I just want to hibernate till summer comes - although with cashmere I find I can use it in summer and winter - it is an amazing wool, and once experienced it’s hard to use any other kind. I had never had a hoodie before and so this will be a new favourite. Also really lovely customer service as I had to call having made a mistake in the ordering. They were so friendly and helpful! Brilliant company , beautiful cashmere! Thank you!!!

I happened to walk into your store in Edinburgh while I was traveling in 2018. I bought a beautiful cashmere scarf and left my email address — I filled something out at the time. After returning home to my country, I occasionally started receiving your promotional emails. I would look through them and warmly remember my trip and that lovely purchase. So many scarves, in so many colors and variations!

I decided to place an order online. I bought several for myself, and then some as gifts for friends and relatives. Everything arrives very quickly from Edinburgh to me here in Tokyo. I am very happy with the quality of your products — they are a pleasure and a joy to wear!

My very first purchase is still with me, and I feel that it will last me for a very long time.

In my previous review I stated the delivery information and time were excellent as was the presentation. Unfortunately the MacLeod tartan scarf looked nothing like the vibrant colours of the one in the advert. Actually looked more like a Burberry than the yellow MacLeod. My wife, who the scarf was for said she liked it and had the label cut off before I could stop her to send it back! She didn’t see the advert picture and didn’t know any better or was just being kind. I can’t actually look at it and will be going to a shop in Glasgow to buy a proper MacLeod tartan scarf…..hence one star! 😡

Bought a plain round necked cashmere jumper at the shop on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. Found the sizing is very neat and had to buy an extra large one so that there was room to wear a T shirt under it ( I am usually size 12-14). Found the cashmere not quite as soft as my other cashmere jumper. Also did not realise that goods are not returnable for a full refund, only a credit note. Think they would sell more if full refunds were allowed if someone change their mind as many other large shops do.

Beautifully soft cashmere scarf and excellent customer service when I needed to exchange for a different colour. Oriana was superb.

Fabulous product. Lightning-quick delivery to California, USA. Kiltane never ceases to amaze me! I found Kiltane in Windsor, next to the castle at the train station.
