Apparently kiapartsnow grabs any electrical part off a shelf and sends it to a customer and refuses a return, even if it is the wrong part.
I ordered an electrical part for a 2011 Kia Sorento based on the year/make/model. The part was advertised as “fits 2009-2014 model”. I received an incorrect part that is for a 2015 car that is not usable. The part is in perfect condition, original package. Kia representative, apparently reading from a script, will not issue an RMA for return. This company cannot be trusted to correct their error.

Because today everything is high in price. Kia tried to help me as much as my service manager Noel, could, but I can't go over my budget. If I had more money, I would.
