Absolutely gorgeous
Absolutely gorgeous. It’s not often I see jewellery and instantly think I must have that, but this is what happened and I was not disappointed. The bracelets are gorgeous, well made, unusual and eye-catching. The service was excellent, I had the order on a couple of days after ordering. I will definitely recommend and buy another.

Too big
I measured my wrist as instructed on website. However, the bracelet is too big. I have DM’d Kajoon but no response. An email from Kajoon said they had replied to my DM - having double checked, this is not true. The bracelet is beautiful, so it is upsetting to have to write a negative review. I shall look into their “easy” return page

We cannot locate any direct message reporting a size issue. You did leave a comment on one of our post on Instagram at which we replied promptly.
As mentioned in that reply, you can exchange the bracelet for a different size. The process is rather easy. You can find it our Returns portal on our website.
If any issues with that, please drop us an email and we will send you the link or provide any other assistance if required.
