I loved the new cooper bangle I purchased for my hubby. The website itself is very easy to navigate and the photos are super quality so you can zoom in for upmost detail. The delivery was very quick and he loves the bangle- so win win

Bought two bracelets for my partner in…
Bought two bracelets for my partner in March and she has been very happy with them . However , on one of the bracelets , which she wears more than the other, the elastic has stretched with gaps appearing between the beads . It is now too baggy to wear. I’m informed, by the Company, that they do not carry out repairs but I’m welcome to purchase another one at a discounted price. Maybe this option would be acceptable if the bracelet was a couple of years old, but not eight months . Perhaps they should look at ways of improving the quality of the product so they last longer.

We really apologise that the elastic has over-stretched... We do use the best quality elastic we can find. It can be very easy for elastics to wear off and snap but we use a high-resistance elastic and we don't have such issues.
As advised by email, we don't carry out repairs because they come at a bigger cost. It is effectively cheaper to replace rather than repair. Since your order was placed eight months ago, it is not entitled to a free replacement but we are happy to send you a replacement at a very low price - pretty much at cost. We are also willing to do a repair for you on exception but this will cost you more.
In any case, I do apologise for the inconvenience and the disappointment this has caused you

Great all round service
Great buying experience all round. The piece of jewellery ordered was as described, it’s well made, nicely finished off and came in a nice gift box. It was delivered promptly after ordering and was well packaged when it did get to me. I didn’t have to use customer services but I’m sure if I did they would have been as satisfactory as the rest of my experience

Lovely bracelet and a very helpful store
I purchased a bracelet which was really nice , smart and well pacakaged, unfortunately it was larg size for me.
Contacting the store through email was quite easy and quick response.
Kindly they changed it for me and the package was sent to me quick.
The quality looks nice, not looking cheap one and really a fine piece.

Described as copper but when delivered I looks more like brass beads late more shiney than I would have liked

We don't use gold or gold plated beads at all. We use Copper, Brass and some natural semi-precious stones. The bracelet that you ordered is made of a Copper tube, Brass beads and Black Obsidian beads. Maybe the way the beads are polished to shine give them a gold-ish look under certain light...
We respond to all emails within 24 hours but it seems that we have not received your communication... I just want to confirm that you can return the item if you want, either for a refund or for an exchange to something else.
