BUYER BEWARE!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to cancel an order hours after it was placed. They responded by telling me the product has already shipped. One month later, I get a message stating the item I ordered was out of stock and I should pick another product. Never again. Either it’s a full refund or it’s a lesson learned.

Beware doing business with this company in CHINA. It will cost me more than half of what we paid ($60) for the two pairs of shoes (that don't fit) to return it and they have a clause they if they are charged any tariffs, they will refuse it. My post office said they have nothing to do with how tariffs are charged and so my belief is that this is yet another clause to prevent this company from processing a true refunding. They keep offering me a paltry refund and percent off a new order. They are infuriating and only repeat their return policy, which is useless for people in the US because it's going to cost you plenty to return an item...if they even accept it under all their instructions and guidelines. INFURIATING.

The shoes looked good online, but in reality the hole in which you put your foot is too small. The length is ok, but you can't get your foot into the shoe. They offered me a refund of $4 (yes, four dollars) and 20% off my next purchase. That's bad business. Stay away.

Very, very difficult to return order. Multiple emails to get info about return with recs of options to not return. I finally discovered the shoe comes from China, although original order said NY 😕.
USPS to China would be very expensive!
Stupid me!!

Recieved sandals I paid $56 for and paid an additional $16 for shipping. The sandals arrived wrapped in cheap plastic and tape. They were poor quality and I tried to return them. The company insisted after several emails that I ship them back to an address in China and pay all import duties before any refund would be given. Stay away from them!

It has been 21/2 weeks and I still do not have the shoes I ordered, in spite of the fact that Kaegreel charged my account the day I ordered. Beginning to wonder if I was scammed. No excuse for service this bad. Of course no 800 number to call. Shame on me for not doing more due diligence. I would never, ever buy from them again….totally awful service!!!!

No chance they will improve, their whole business model is to take your money and deliver garbage. I explained that the shoes I bought were much too small for the size and measurement of my feet and they claimed I can’t return them because they are “used”. Because I tried them on, they are used!!!!! Absurd. I only wish I had looked this business up first, I always do but somehow they fooled me.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes over a month ago. Kaegreel sent me a shipping link after a week, but it has been in "shipping label created, but package not received by shipper" for over 3 weeks now. Had to finally dispute charge with credit card.

Kaegreel: Does it exist? I paid out $136.77 for shoes. Received an Order Invoice immediately & heard nothing for 2 weeks. The website has a non-functional tracking site without other means of contact or inquiry.

took me over a month to receive the shoes after I ordered. The shoe does not run true to size. The website said the shoe was made of suede; it was not, it was
made of a synthetic material so cheap, the shoe literally stinks! The workmanship and the materials are very. substandard. I am not even going to attempt a refund; it would cost more than I paid for the shoe to ship it back to China. I thought I knew better …
THIS IS A SHODDY CHINESE PRODUCT AT ITS WORST!

This is an update on the review I submitted on April 21, 2025. My men's hiking shoe order KG64586 arrived from China a week after the review was made. It took about a month and a half to get here. I liked the style of the shoes. It was a comfortable fit!!!

I purchased two pairs of shoes, both size 40. One pair fit; the other did not. Despite showing a picture of the difference in size between the 2 pairs of shoes, the best the company would offer is a discount. The worst was to pay the shipping and customs duties to return the item (which would be much more than the cost of the shoe - I checked).

Despite the fact that the other pair of shoes are top notch and I will use them, my customer experience with the other pair has been so abysmal that I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING ANY ITEM from this company.

Shoes arrived stained. I asked for a refund and how to return shoes. Kaegreel said shoes were not stained, I sent pix of the shoes, and I had to pay for return shipping! DO NOT BUY FROM KAEGREEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO KEEP ITEM NO MATTER WHAT!

Waited and waited and never received a tracking number. Wish I'd read these reviews first. ADVICE: dispute the charge with your credit card company!

The shoes are NOT suede or leather. They are made from a cheap synthetic material. They do not even look like suede shoes. When I contacted the company I only got nonsensical responses and, of course, entirely convoluted directions of how to return the shoe without being refunded. After a few aggravating exchanges I gave up and will donate the shoes. Terrible company, terrible shoes. DO NOT BUY!!!

This company is a complete joke! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order for a pair of khaki boots whose picture looked really nice. What I received was a pair light tan smooth surface boots with white stitching that was a total cheap knockoff! I requested a return for credit based on what I received vs. the picture of the boots I ordered and was told there is nothing wrong with the boots. I provided a picture of what I received and they are totally ignoring the fact that these boots in no way match the picture on the website. If I return them they are telling me I would be responsible for paying shipping charges back to China! WTF!!! These people are total idiots to deal with. Just sorry I didn’t read their reviews before ordering. If I could rate them with a 0 star I would. Lesson learned!

Followed their instructions on how to measure my feet to get the correct size. Still were too small. Wore them for a while to get used to them but to no avail. Decided to just eat the $60 and mark the experience up as another reason to never do business with Chinese companies. Quality is not in their dictionary.

I bought one pair of "Men Velcro Suede High Boots Beck Shoes" without researching Trust Pilot and unaware that they were made in China, a hugh mistake. They look good on the internet, though once received it was noted that the quality of the shoes is lacking, and the support is terrible. I contact the via email messages, notifying them of my desire to return the shoes for a refund. They responded four different times before actually providing a refund mailing address and, on each occasion, offered an ever-increasing refund amount and percentage off if I was to keep the shoes. I packaged the shoes and attempted to send them off though didn't as the FED Ex/UPS shipping costs would be four times the purchase price of $62 and a Post Office cost of $32. I think I'll just give them away or donate them. The shoes warrant a one star as given and the customer service id zero stars. I have since agreed to their $10.00 refund, though not their 30% off on a future purchase. Lets see if they actually refund the $10.00.

Bought a pair. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. After following the Eeturn process, the company responded, and told be to give them to someone, and they would refund me $6.00, and 20% off on a new pair. After shipping, etc, the Shoes are $60.00. Will never look at this Company again. Horrible!

Ordered man's size 13W boot, promptly received what might have been a woman's 10N. Because it would cost more to send it back to China, I sent them with a friend to her family reunion in Florida (a give-away). The shoes fit nobody. One of the brothers took them home to Alaska to see if anybody in the Yukon could wear them. Nice looking product; not trusting Keagreel again.
