Don’t know what seeds are like but poor customer service.
Order arrived as expected
On arrival, one packet out of stock. No correspondence from firm to advise this.
Why not contact me to see if a replacement packet would be acceptable?
It means that if I now wish to order a replacement pack of seeds I will have to pay another postage and packing charge.
Refund not made as stated on invoice.
Emailed firm.
Refund promised for following day.
Refund not made following day, but day later, which arrived in my bank account two days after that. 7 days after it should have.
Don’t know what the seeds are like, but customer service is not good.
Will not use again.

Apologies for the issues faced with this order, our communication could certainly have been better on this occasion. With regards to the refund this was actioned on the day requested and the delay is simply the processing time in the system. Again apologies for the initial issue though.

Good quality seeds
Good quality seeds. We are returning customers (we’ve got an allotment). Despite the weather in Scotland, in the summer is challenging (especially in the beginning of season) the seeds grow 99.9% really well.
