Prompt delivery from JustSeed and they were quick to sort out a query I had with the germination of the seeds.

I bought two packets of fleabane seeds in the latter part of May, they arrived in good time. The seeds were so tiny and so few that it was very tricky handling them. I set a seed tray with seed compost and made it damp, carefully distributed the seeds and covering with clear plastic. I have periodically sprayed water to keep it damp. Nothing has germinated in almost three weeks.I shall just grab some growing locally on walls and put them in pots to bring them on.
I have left the tray and I am keeping it damp, but there’s no sign of life.

I ordered Cactus - The Collectors Flowering Mix (approx 30 seeds). I received a pack from Batch D6120, packed year ending October 25. The pack appeared to contain nothing more than pieces of seed husk, but I sowed them anyway on 8th March 2025. In few of my negative impression I ordered a mix (50 seeds) from a different company and sowed those on 12th March.
Both sets of 'seeds' were sown in sterile conditions and left in the same environment - room temperature, light, but not direct sun and sealed in a large freezer bag. As of 11th June my alternative supplier has produced at least 46 young plants. Just Seed has produced zero, which rather confirms my suspicion about what was in the seed packet.

Seeds arrived on time, however the germination is extremely poor, radishes only one germinated, dwarf beans just as bad, in fact all the seeds are poor suspect they are old, I'm not a novice, been growing for over 50 years, very very disappointed with the seeds

Excellent choice, price and customer service

Purchased Churchill F1 Brussel sprouts. Not a single usable seed in the packet. Just some flower looking bits and some small black shells. I complained to Sales by e mail but didn't receive a reply. Complained again but not a word. What a rude attitude! Last time I shall use them

Terrible terrible customer service first time ordering pack of 100 runner beans seeds missing phone call after phone call always to a answer machine 7 emails down so far absolutely no response never had a company ignore customers in this way order number 201601 in my mums name j m tovey contact details are mine

Not one seed has grown even in a propagator with grow lights 😤 5 weeks & nothing.

I could not get in to your reply until today. I have since purchased elsewhere & everything is growing well. So really disappointed with these seeds.

Well we certainly won't be ordering from this company again. We noticed that 3 packets in our order were dated 2023 - 2 years old. We still planted thinking that JustSeed must be confident they are still o.k. Nothing at all is showing in our heated propagators whereas seeds from elsewhere are shooting well. We usually pot on in April but it's not looking promising.
Still, we learn from our mistakes but I don't think they should sell seeds which are 2 years old and don't germinate.

I placed an order with JustSeed for several different seed varieties, but the most expensive packet arrived completely empty. I immediately contacted customer service, not once but twice, requesting a resolution, yet they didn’t even bother to respond. A company that ignores its customers and fails to address such basic issues is simply not worth trusting. I expected better quality control and at the very least, a response. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from JustSeed again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.
