Very pleasant efficient and knowledgeable shop assistant

The staff at Kings Lynn are always very helpful and always greet customers with a smile.
There is a huge variety of things to choose from for so many different pets.
A great place to shop for everyday things and for gifts for yours and other peoples' pets.

I went i to store to use a 10% off voucher. It wouldn't work. I was advised to contact their helpline which i did. I was told they knew there was a problem and i would receive a new voucher within 24 hours. I never received one. Shame they promote offers which you can't actually use.

There is a good selection of items especially for my rats.
The staff are always friendly and being a part of the pet club means I get money off too.
Would recommend highly.

The woman on the counter needs to do a course in customer etiquette and interaction her attitude stank and her facial expressions towards me was like she stepped in something nasty. She didn't know how to talk to people and didn't even apologise for keeping me waiting so long. When I got to the counter I said very chirpiley "hello!" I just got a frunt in return. She asked if I was a jollys lloyaltycard holder i said yes she took my name and postcode. I then recited my address to her and she cut me off angrily and said "well obviously I dont need the full address"! Give this woman some lessons in customer service or ask her to go to a job thats not people facing

Polite and helpful staff, some offers on dog treats, but disappointed that cage bird food not available

always find what i am looking for and the staff are very helpful and friendly in Kings Lynn, although i wish they would tock more cat food in gravy not jelly as my old cat likes the gravy.

All of the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really are animal people and care about them all with really good, useful and helpful advice, with an excellent knowledge of their products. My vet recommended them to help my cat with their great value products. Thank you again, as always

Your friendly staff carried my purchase out to the car. Because it was too heavy for me.
