Still stocking charcoal Bonio type biscuits but no longer in their old pick ‘n’mix format.

You seem to keep changing the location of products around the store which mean you have to go searching

I stupidly left one of my purchases on the counter at the till. Realised when I got home and called them. They put my item to one side and I said I'd collect in a few days.
They then very kindly emailed my receipt to me so I had evidence of the purchase on collection.

A very helpful gentleman put my two bags of birdseed into my car for me.

Easy to find what I was looking for. Always good prices and able to take my dog inside for a treat.

Wanted a harness for our dog, we got one plus some treats and a toy. Wanted to get a knitted jumper but they didn't have her size.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff in this store are second to none. Rosie, Mason, Adam, Adam, Wesley, Hazel et al all welcome my difficult dog with open arms. They have followed his story from the beginning and genuinely seem to care. Rosie in particular is a true gem. She loves my dog but is also so supportive to me with how stressed and exhausted I am! The store is nicely laid out and stocks a brilliant range of affordable treats and food and some really great value toys. This place will always be my first port of call for anything for my dog.

Staff so helpful a variety of toys to suit all pockets only problem couldn’t find forthglade duck&sweet potato only in a frozen packs as my dog has been recommended to have this for an allergy

Having 4 dogs can be expensive. Thier lifestage food is brilliant. It's not cheap but not expensive either. My goldens love it.

Asked for Jollyes to let me know when a item was coming back in and if they could save for me and ring me when the item came in and they did and also save for me until o came to collect. Very good service. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using jolly’s in kings Lynn Hardwick. as we’ve recently rescued a pup from Romania and when she arrived obviously she was frightened and we needed supplies
Very reasonably priced , well stocked and very helpful friendly staff who had remembered we were getting maggie and that was on my second visit ! Would highly recommend

Rather a long wait at the till. Could have called another team member to help.
The store wasn’t busy, just a complicated customer being served before me.
