From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Don’t bother with the Pet Club
I was signed up to the pet club in store. I’ve been trying for two days to set up an account on their app but because my email address is ‘recognised’ by them I can’t set up an account. I’ve selected ‘forgotten password’ but no confirmation code is sent to me so I can’t set up a password. I was also sent a 10% off voucher to use in store but every time I click on the link, it comes up saying the link is broken! I was also told I’d get a £3 off voucher if I downloaded the app but the email said £2. Overall a waste of time.

Lots of good value, Nice staff
Lots of good value choice of pet foods and supplies. Good choice of dog accessories, leads, treats etc. Staff at our local Jollyes are all very helpful and can give advice if I ask. Have had them offer to carry out heavy bags of chicken food, kibble etc and load my car for me which is nice.

Was supported by a young lady in Jollyees in King's Lynn today around single protein food and flea treatment. We really appreciated her advice. Sat14th March approx 2.30pm.

Great pet supplies for our fluffy…
Great pet supplies for our fluffy friends, but always experience issues when checking out and trying to use my points card.
It never seems to work then told by member of staff it isn’t working and they will add points but they never do.
Shame as we spend a lot in there!

Just the best
As well as all our favourites, there’s always new things to try. Shelves are well stocked and the assistants always near at hand to help. A pleasure to shop at Jollyes!
