Hot tub service engineer Joe was very helpful and provided some great advice over managing future care. Most impressive.

Delivery guys who set the tub up (Jordan, Rob and oli) done an excellent job friendly knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to get it sorted and when there was a manufacturing issue they made sure they sorted rather than palm it off onto the maintenance/repair team..

I would really like to thank Jake for being such a lovely person, so polite, answered every question I asked, he gave me some really good advise on some of the queries, I would definitely use Johnson’s again for a hot-tub service, we need a few more people like Jake in the world, he’s a Keeper. Very exciting day for the family. 2 great guys delivered and installed our hot tub. Joe and Sam are very professional guys. Installed item with out a problem and went through the set up with us stage by stage.

Just taken delivery of our Hot Tub and Aaron,Sam and Tony were brilliant. Explained all the workings and had a great chemistry lesson! The lads were very polite and full of chat, it's so nice to receive such great customer service.
Would highly recommend and now just waiting for the tub to heat up and the wine is on ice!

Jordan and Dylan arrived to set up our new hot tub, they were excellent throughout and very knowledgeable. Felt like they went to a lot of trouble to ensure everything was set up correctly including setting up the water treatment schedule etc. great experience today.

We purchased our hot tub from the Three legged Cross site through Kevin who was really good.
The installation team arrived on the day. Gareth was brilliant. He was very professional and despite hitting a few obstacles with his company he remained composed and very polite throughout. Gareth is an asset to his company and without him things could have gone very differently.
Yes, there were a few hiccups on the day but all in all a reasonable experience.
One thing I would mention to all potential hot tub buyers from Johnsons Wellness, if you use your own qualified electrician to install the electrics make sure that they are there on the day of installation. It is a very grey area that caused me some stress on the day and should’ve been brought to my attention at point of sale.
All sorted now and a very happy customer.

Nathan came out to fix my hot tub issue and was not only very good at his job but also a very friendly and personable guy.
He fixed my problem efficiently and kept me informed about what was wrong and how he was fixing it. First class.

Ross came out to help with an emergency situation where Hot Tub would not run. He solved the problem quickly and then went out of his way to talk us through how to avoid this error in the future as well as tracking down a replacement filter while he was on site. Can’t thank him enough for his manner and professional standards.
