Johnson's made the purchase and installation of our new Wellis spa a very easy and stress free experience. The sales team at Thurrock were knowledgeable, friendly and ensured all our requirements were met. The site survey was arranged very quickly and they expedited delivery to suit our timeframe. The installation team were brilliant - efficient, friendly and happy to explain the workings of the spa, chemicals regime etc. They were very respectful of our property and made an extremely good impression. Today, we had a Technician come to our property to install the Fitted Cover on our New Hot Tub plus give us advice on set up and use of the wide range of Chemicals needed. Nathan the Technician was absolutely brilliant providing not just excellent advice but fantastic customer service. He is definitely an asset to the Company.

The installation team Joe & Jack were extremely helpful and friendly. They were here most of the day as they were waiting for the electrians to turn up. After everything was done they went through all the instructions with us so we know what to do in the future. I would highly recommend this company. It's been a pleasure from start to finish.
