Yesterday my new hot tub was delivered and installed .
The installation team, Dan & Gary made it look easy, very professional and worked well together, and couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy with the location and positioning of the tub.
I was given comprehensive advise on routine cleaning and maintenance of the water quality.
Overall a very happy experience.

We are over the moon with the supply and installation of our Wellis Spa and Electric Pergola Roof & Curtains, Antony Hill has been fundamental to getting the delivery and installation arranged and special thanks to Dan & Gary for their Professional Workmanship and also giving their extensive knowledge on the operation, using the Wellis App and Water Treatment as we are both new to the world of Hot-Tubs....... Dan and James were amazing, they worked tirelessly until 7pm in a bitter cold wind to install the decking yesterday. It looks amazing - if the rest of the installation goes as well we will be extremely happy. They were on time, courteous, hard working, clean and tidy, polite, and did the company proud. They have set a high bar for the following tradesmen to follow

James and Tom from the Wickford yard have installed our garden office on 4 and 5 September 2024. Their work ethic is exceeded only by the professionalism and excellence of their work I can’t praise them highly enough

We had our first hot tub installed by Johnsons today. Jack and Joe were fantastic, in respect of siting the tub exactly where we needed it to go, explained in detail how to maintain and use the tub. We would have no hesitation in recommending Johnsons. Ian and Alison

We had our cabin installed by Dominic and Tom, they did a super job, very professional, polite and hard working. Our cabin looks great, very happy and highly recommend.

Thank you for our hot tub installation yesterday. Helpful sales rep at Maidstone. Supplied an upgrade to the one we ordered at no additional cost. Stored it until we were ready. Friendly and helpful installation team.
The only criticism is that they could have pointed out the warning labels on the lid might have affected our decision about orientation.
We're looking forward to getting wet!

Despite ongoing issues with our Wellis hot tub, none of which are the fault of the merchant, Johnson’s have provided excellent service over many months. Today’s tub replacement was carried out with care & professionalism by their guys, so a special mention should go to Jordan, Oli & Harry. Ably assisted, albeit briefly, by Tony; thank you all for your expert knowledge. Despite Wellis and based on our experiences to date, we would always recommend Johnson’s.

A great experience and wonderful service. Jake was very helpful, highly professional and friendly, and went over and above to service the hot tub and make it look great too, jet-washing the whole unit and checking every element of it as well as explaining in great detail about the chemicals and optimal programmes on my unit. Highly recommended and will use the service again!

We have a leak on our hot tub. Jake came today 09/08/24 and after awhile he found where the leak was coming from. It was hard to find but he found it. Unfortunately he couldn't fix it on the day as the tub needs to be emptied but has took video/photo evidence of the faulty pipe. They will come back another day to fix the problem. He is a lovely friendly guy and very professional.

We had our hot tub installed today a wellis prague so happy with the instalation team, Jack and Harry G took their time installing, spent time with us explaining the hot tub and how it works ..we are so happy cannot wait to get in !

Everything went smoothly. Everyone turned up on time. Jordan, Gareth and Harry P were very efficient and approachable.
