3 Gentlemen turned up , and stated they had my hot tub, they got straight to work,they were on a mission, As things progressed, I offered them Coffee, Now I found out not only are they hard working, but very professional, and true Gentlemen, while still working now more relaxed found a little time to chat.They made me feel that they were not at my home just to do a job , but cared that everything was to our satisfaction.These amazing gentlemen are , Brogan, Harry G, and Mason, When all finished they talked me through all that I need to know.
As for the Hot tub it is amazing, Will be having many sessions chilling out . The hot tub is the PRAGUE,

Very professional from early enquiry stage with Freddie, all the way through to installation. Good communication and support.

Poor after sales service. Unable to connect wifi since day 1 of installation. Contacted Customer Service to ask for someone to help. Acknowledged and said a technician will be in touch. Now 10 days and radio silence.

UPDATE - after an initial lack of communication, the follow up has been good and in the end the WiFi unit had to be replaced (one visit to check and find that hardware issue, and second visit to install new unit and get the app working).

Joe, Harry and Bryan were really professional installing my new hot tub in garden and left the place tidy once they were finished. Once installed they explained all the chemicals needed and how the hot tub worked etc. Great service!

Harry G and Bryan were fantastic from start to finish, very polite and patient, they did a great job getting everything installed and let everything neat and tidy.

Freddie from Kent Branch has been so helpful, and rang around to find the models that I was interested in that were closest to me to view. He has gone out of his way to deal with all my questions, concerns, and has been so knowledgeable regarding all the different models. He is now helping to organise the delivery and installation of my Teide hot tub. Highly recommend this company as everyone within this company have been so lovely. Thank you so much.

Harry and Joe done an excellent job installing my hot tub. Nothing was too much trouble, top guys and done everything with a smile and a professionalism. Slight issue with the water fountains and they tried everything to remedy the issue and went through how the hot tub works, what the controls were and how to treat it with chemicals. I wanted to surprise my husband for his 60th birthday with a hot tub. Freddie at Johnsons Wellness was so helpful. Sending me videos of the different hot tubs and helping me decide the best one in my price range. I wanted the tub to be a surprise, so Freddie made sure that it would be delivered on the morning of my husbands birthday. It all went exactly to plan. The delivery team were amazing and super helpful. I ended up with the Scandi party deluxe and it’s perfect!! Great quality product. I really cannot recommend Johnson’s highly enough. Thank you bringing it all together.

Recieved my hot tub yesterday and its absolutely amazing. Abbie's knowledge and customer support regarding the tub is exellent, so much so that she paid us a visit to see the tub in situ and advised us on after care ect. I would recommend this branch to purchase you hot tub from.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish.
We needed to change our hot tub and Johnsons Wellness were one of 4 recommendations in a magazine we read. After visiting several other showrooms we took a trip to their Tewksbury branch.
From the initial phone call both Abbie and John have provided truly exceptional service. Friendly, helpful and professional.
We also think that the product itself is better made than other hot tubs we saw.
The delivery was then managed by Anthony in the installation team, again the service was exceptional and he answered all my questions.
The delivery team turned up as agreed and left no mess at all.
I’m so glad we found the Johnson Wellness team - they have been absolutely great to deal with.

Fantastic service from Johnson’s. Had an issue with our hot tub that had slipped through the net at HQ and the team could not have been more apologetic and thorough in how they responded.
Service visit promptly arranged and Jake came and sorted the problem. Gave everything a thorough clean and check and also gave us a few pointers on running the Malaga spa efficiently.

The Wellis spa itself is great.

From the ordering to the delivery, from setting up to the aftercare service was astonishing, especially the help from Anthony was second the none and he went through every detail with us to make sure everything was perfect.

Buying this from Johnson’s Leisure was the best decision after searching this online for about 6 months and talking to 6 different companies all over the UK, Johnson’s is the best choice, definitely recommended. We use our swim spa daily, the kids also absolutely love it, especially with the swimming jets on. Me & the Mrs love the relaxing spa jets while watching the stars.
The best money spent for the whole family, it’s literally a swimming pool without the daily cleaning and headache of it.
Plus it goes up to 40 degrees which means even in the middle of the winter in minus degrees, you can still use it and it’s so warm, unlike traditional swimming pools are around 26 to 28 degrees which is still cold ish and not as relaxing and comfortable of 40 degree pool (can control the degrees to anything you like up to 40 degrees).
Lastly, it cleans itself daily and doesn’t spend as much as electricity that we expected.
Go for it, but it from Johnson’s Leisure, it’s the best product with the best price and the best service. Thank you once again 😊

This company managed to replace our faulty Wellis hot tub (supplied by a different distributor), we are very satisfied with the eventual outcome. We particularly appreciated that the swap was done at a time to fit in with our business & that the delivery/ installation duo were so knowledgeable & helpful.
