Absolutely devastated Joanie is to…

Absolutely devastated Joanie is to cease trading. This brand helped me gain my confidence back & I love my wardrobe full of unique, stunning quality things. Genuinely don’t know where I am going to buy my clothes in future. Wishing them all the best.

Joanie was Everything

Joanie was Everything. Joanie is all I wear. My Joanie clothes in all their glorious cuts, patterns and colours lift me up and feel happy on the dullest days. Not every item fit my shape but what I loved was that I got to try them out as they had all the sizes and an easy returns system. An absolute dream for people
of all sizes. I honestly don't know what I'm going to wear without Joanie. 😭

Refund not received

Still waiting for refund of £121 for 2 dresses returned 3 weeks ago. They have confirmed receipt but no sign of refund and not replying to messages. It appears they may have closed but avoid at all cost.

Amazing quality and excellent customer service. I needed a change of size and they arranged a return, reorder without a second payment for delivery. Very much appreciated. Will definitely shop here again.
