Order was fine and shipped in good time but unfortunately didn’t fit. Refund times absolutely ridiculous and I shouldn’t be chasing a company to get a refund. 16 days later and still waiting.

Lovely top, delivered quickly!

I love Joanne’s products and was very sad to hear that they had closed without warnings. I will miss them. I loved my waistcoat, keep receiving compliments when I wear it (I purchased the shocking pink). It so so well cut and finished!

Out of the 4 items l ordered, l kept 2. I kept a super cute tshirt in beautiful material and a really gorgeous dress for the summer of which l love the cut and the pattern. I ordered a size 8 in a beautiful dress in the sale but when it arrived it was absolutely huge. More like a size 12. I was really disappointed. Another dress was absolutely lovely material and so soft and comfortable but the big bow was a little too fussy so l sent it back.
What disappointed me:
I've sent 2 emails to their customer support enquiring about sending the products back and also about when I'll receive my refund. They haven't responded to either. It's annoying that l now have to send another email chasing up my money back.

The clothes were beautiful and arrived really quickly. Unfortunately, they didn’t suit me. I’m still waiting for the refund 21 days after I posted them back.

I ordered two dresses and one was unfinished, the side of the dress was not stitched and missing a pocket. I emailed at the start of Jan to ask for a refund and no response. They have since closed and I’m stuck with a half finished dress.
