It still hasn’t arrived and no one is responding to my emails. It says delivery in 2-5 working days and now has been 8. I bought it for an event last weekend. I was so excited to find a dress I loved so much. Disappointing.

So sorry to see joanie is no more their knitwear was second to none I have jumpers of theirs from years ago that still look like new I don’t think I’ll be able to get the same quality elsewhere, wishing you all the best and hopefully joanie will return at some future date

Based on ‘Good on You’ app recommendations, ordered 4 dresses from Joanie. Received items - they were lovely but unfortunately did not fit or suit me.

Completed returns for all 4 items and posted these back to Joanie. Their process took an excessively long time. I finally received an email confirming return but only for 3 dresses. Have contacted Joanie twice and had no response. Will not be using them again.

My order never was delivered. Tried to contact customer services by email three times and now found out the company has folded. Fuming. Companies should stay open until orders are all processed and to allow for delivery

The items never arrived and no one has got back to my emails. I’ve just been left with no information whatsoever.

I love my cardigan, it’s so heavy! Keeps me so cosy. Delivery was quick and without issue. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I ordered a dress from this company on 9th January and on the 12th I was sent an advice saying Royal Mail were expecting this parcel. Royal Mail have never received it and there has been NO delivery and NO communication from the company. I have emailed them 4 times now and am being completely ignored. I will now be starting the process to reclaim my payment back.

I'm so sad if this company is closing just as I've found it. The clothing is amazing. True to size, cute, quirky styles and patterns. I've recently ordered cardigans, jumpers, trousers and a dress and everything is perfect. The knitwear is buttery soft and so comfortable. Everything arrived quickly and well wrapped. If I'm able to I'll definitely be using again and recommend.

I ordered 2 items from Joanie for the first time around the start of Jan. Order took ages to be processed, which I thought was odd. Checked Trust Pilot reviews, but only saw average of positive ones at the time, didn’t show most recent, so thought maybe they were just busy. When the items were ‘dispatched’ on 12 Jan, the tracking link didn’t work. When I pasted it into RM’s site, it said it was waiting for them to give them the parcel. I emailed a week later, received no reply, refund or clothes. I feel the company wrongly continued pushing sales and targeted ads even though they knew they had no capacity of inclination to fulfil the orders. I also think they marked them as ‘dispatched’ so it would make it difficult for people to claim money back. I’m guessing I’m not alone in this situation and am requesting the money back from my bank. Hopefully I’ll be able to get a refund.

Parcel not delivered, tracking indicates that Royal Mail are still waiting for it. It has been 3 weeks, and every attempt to contact Joanie about this has failed - I have emailed several times but no response to any of the emails so far. I have paid for the parcel which I haven't received.
Joanie is a great company if everything works; if anything goes wrong, you're left high and dry.

Ordered some items early January, allegedly shipped a few days later but never received and they've now gone into administration. No way of contacting them to try and resolve it so I'm over £100 out of pocket. Such a disappointment, the order should never have been accepted in the first place.

Absolutely gutted to hear that Joanie has ceased trading - and shocked it seems to have come completely out of the blue. I have a wardrobe full of Joanie, great quality clothes with a unique look, great fit and usually a very positive delivery experience despite customs obstacles. Really sad to see a well loved sustainable brand fall under increasing difficulties of international customs & tariffs. Hoping there might be some solution down the line for the brand to come back and thinking of anyone who has lost a job because of this decision.

I'm so sorry to hear that Joanie is closing down. I have so many jumpers, cardigans and blouses from this lovely brand. You even persuaded me into wearing dresses for the first time with all your beautiful prints. I will miss you.

I never had an issue with Joanie the several times I ordered from them. I always get compliments on the clothes I have worn, and I will cherish them for a long time now. As a North Yorkshire brand, I feel very strongly and very proud about Joanie and I'm very sad to hear about the brand ending. The quality and sizing was always fabulous, to the point I started seeing dupes of one of the coats I still own to this day. Very sad day.
