2 stars Great start, poor follow-through
I dealt with Sam at Jigsaw Finance to broker the deal on my Range Rover Sport. Before the purchase, Sam was brilliant always on the phone, walked me through the whole process, responsive and helpful. Exactly what you want from a broker.
After the sale? A completely different story.
I have not spoken to Sam on the phone once since the car was purchased. Not once. Before completion he was calling regularly since then, nothing. Calls go unanswered, messages have gone ignored, including a specific request for my early settlement figures which I’m still waiting on.
The vehicle came with a number of serious faults, and I needed Sam to mediate between myself and the supplying dealer. That mediation simply hasn’t happened. A good broker stands behind the deal they put together not just the commission.
I’ll be honest given Tim Boler at The Car Barns’ track record, and the fact that Sam has gone equally quiet, I’m left wondering whether the broker and the dealer are more aligned with each other than they are with the client. That’s not an accusation, but it’s a question I’m asking myself. When both parties go silent at exactly the same time after a problem sale, it doesn’t look good.
This review reflects where things stand right now. I will be escalating this with the FCA and any relevant finance authority if I do not receive my early settlement figures and proper mediation support. I’m hoping this prompts Sam to get in contact and do the right thing if so, I’ll update this review accordingly.
The pre-sale service was excellent. The after-sales has been anything but.

Firstly my dealings with Martin were exceptional from start yo finish so hats off to you sir!
I attended dealership, test drove a lovely car, signed everything and waited to pay out! However after several calls and sitting at the dealership from 11am to 18:15 awaiting payout from lender it wasn't to be that day?
Martin did everything possible to push the lender but to no avail! Today 20/03/26 it finally paid out and i collect my car 22/03/26!🥳
A big thank you and well done Jigsaw for everything!

Great to deal with, simple to do, help every step of the way. Of course I was successful in my application so maybe biased. But yea it wasn’t painful at all, and didn’t feel like you had to jump through multiple hurdles.
